I was super happy overall. They came early and called to ask if that'd be ok. I did need to vacuum loose debris afterward. Also, the tech broke my light fixture, while standing up, he hit his head. Also, my filter door cover on my furnace, the bottom latch was broken off. He informed me about the light fixture braking and I fixed that. He didn't say anything about the door latch. I modified the door on my own so it would hold properly. Approx. Cost to fix both =35$

Highly recommend the folks at HepaVac. The entire process from scheduling to the cleaning itself was super smooth and easy. They sent us an email with instructions ahead of the visit and when Reed came, he explained everything again. He was very clean, worked with us to move our cat from room to room to keep her as comfortable as possible, and vacuumed the entire house, including the basement, before he left.

Reed and his technician in training did a great job! The job was a little more challenging with the way the system and the vents were set up, but they were able to complete the job. They were very professional, courteous, and did a great job cleaning up afterward. It's great to have a service done by an honest business owner with no hidden gimmicks or fees; he just wants to a do great job for a good price. He did exactly that, highly recommend to anyone!

Matt came out to clean the dryer vent because dryer wasn’t working properly. He not only cleaned the vent but also stayed to figure out that a blocked sensor was also a problem. I so appreciate his going above and beyond to ensure my dryer wasn’t working!

Reed was awesome! I thought I had smelled a gas leak the morning of our appointment but wasn't sure and as soon as Reed was in the furnace room he confirmed we had a slow leak. The timing of our duct cleaning appointment couldn't have been better. Excel Energy came right out and repaired the leak - and while they were working on the leak Reed continued with the vent cleaning for the dryer and bathrooms - once Xcel was done, he and Matt completed the duct cleaning. They were very thorough and both extremely pleasant and informative with the process. Highly recommended.

The first service provider I hired for my first home. I was referred by a friend. My ducts were cleaned and a token of my duct cleaning was a 30 year old trading card. I had excellent service from a technician who helped me understand more about the heating and cooling system in my home. I would hire again anytime. My quote was fair and reasonable. I was taken care of. I also replaced my own filter and impressed the technician by knowing the right size filter for my setup. I have referred others and will continue to make the recommendation in my future posts. Thanks again.

We had a phenomenal experience with Hepavac. Our household is busy - lots of people and animals - so we figured we might be overdue for a duct cleaning. Hepavac was an easy choice because their pricing is fair (and transparent), and Holly made scheduling easy and convenient. Our tech Matt was courteous and professional, and was very accommodating to the chaos of multiple adults and pets (as well as our HVAC’s unique setup). He provided pictures and videos of our ducts (before, during, and after), cleaned up after himself, and even provided some tips on energy efficiency for our furnace. If we need duct cleaning again, I will definitely be reaching out!

I had a great experience! Reed came over and helped retrieve a piece of jewelry that had fallen into the heating vent. He arrived on time and was very efficient, courteous and professional. I will defiantly recommend them.

My business had to plan in advance for rear access to the building so their equipment could access our furnace, making the scheduled day very important. Despite extremely cold weather, the HepaVac team showed up as planned and did excellent work. I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. We had HepaVac Duct Cleaning clean all our ductwork. We were scheduled for a new furnace install the next day. They showed up on time. Our technician was very polite and wore shoe covers while inside. After reviewing all our ductwork he went right to work. There is quite a bit of set up before he could start the actual cleaning Cleaned the outlet ducts first and then the returns. We had had our kitchen and downstairs bathroom remodeled in the last year and a half. Plus the ductwork hadn’t been cleaned for 18 years. Anyway they were very dirty. Our technician spent quite a bit of time cleaning and recleaning some of the returns to get them clean. He did a fabulous job and are very pleased. We will recommend them to our friends and have them back to clean in the future

I called KMS to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. I was greeted by lovely lady Lisa who not only scheduled my appointment, but also took my credit card payment at the end of my appointment over the phone. She was very professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Nick and DonTrell completed the service for me yesterday and they did a very good job. No complaints here at all and in fact I highly recommend this company. Thank you to all of you who assisted me and I wish you all the best in this life.

KMS Air Duct Cleaning has cleaned multiple properties for us and they consistently do a fantastic job. Their team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with from scheduling all the way through completion. The customer service is excellent, pricing is fair, and the quality of work is always solid. They communicate well, show up when they say they will, and leave the properties in great condition afterward.
