Absolutely AWFUL customer service and extremely rude. I called for their service and they assumed I was calling them from a solicitation list and hung up on me. Don’t expect me to recommend this business to anyone I know.

KMS provides a fantastic job. I've used them a few times and they never disappoint.

Great service, worth every penny, the technician that came to do the service was very friendly and professional, I will be using them again 2-3 years down the road when my ducts need to be cleaned again.

Update: I increased my overall rating to 2. The company listened to and heard my complaints. They presented two options: come out to fix the vent damage and the gouge in the wall or financial restitution. I accepted the small financial restitution.

Results: Dust/Particles Everywhere; Minor Property Damage. I have lived in my townhome for many years and never had the ducts or A/C cleaned. The association's management company uses KMS for exterior work and KMS was offering a special for our community. I hired KMS to clean the inside dryer vent, furnace ducts, and outside A/C.

Positives Overall- The gentleman that did the work was on time, nice and personable.

Positives Outside A/C Cleaning- The A/C is clean and running more efficiently.

Negatives Inside Dryer Vent Cleaning- After the work was complete, there were large ‘dust bunnies’ left on top of the washer/dryer, floor of the laundry room, and the floor just outside of the laundry room.

Negatives Furnace/Air Duct Cleaning- After the work was complete, dust and particle remnants seemed to cover everything and were especially noticeable near each vent. It took me a solid 10 hours over 2 days to ‘super clean’ my townhome – tile floors, carpet, doors, door frames, countertops, cabinets, furniture, mirrors, pictures and their frames, windows, appliances, kitchen & bathroom fixtures, etc.. I even had to wipe down a few of the walls. I also found property damage: broken vent cover slat, and a screw-driver gouge in the wall & paint damage (presumably when accessing the vent cover).

I own a heating and air conditioning company and have used and referred KMS for over 20 years. We are extremely satisfied in the service they have provided. The prices are fair, and you get what you pay for with KMS.

Very unhappy. Said they couldn’t clean the vent on my roof bc the roof was frozen. They said this immediately after arriving; it was clear they did not even check. My dad decided to check later that day. My 73 YEAR OLD dad was able to get up on the roof and clean the vent; nothing was frozen. They clearly just didn’t want to do it.

Amazing service by the leader who was the tech who cleaned the air ducts at our restaurant. It was a lot of work and it took him approximately 11 hours to complete all the work! and his assistant was very nice in my two men! i highly recommend this team to you!

Center Point Energy uses this company to subcontract out vent cleaning. They worked with me on my frequently changing schedule. Brandon from KMS came out to my townhouse and did a great job!

He was friendly and wasn't afraid to show me what was being taken out my vents. They were FILTHY!

I recommend this company to anyone. They did my whole house for $230, plus $90 for the dryer & dryer vent.

There are bad services and there are just horrible experiences. This company is later. They were on preferred list in my condo building (on my list to be removed) so I went with them. Our dryer was shutting off because it was overheating and dryer technician said that dryer vent is main cause for it.
There is about 8 feet of vent pipe from dryer to external wall. They came, did something and said that it was done. So far semi-okay. They did not take pictures (it will be relevant later), they did not call but let’s give them benefit of doubt that job is done.
Dryer technician came, did his job and dryer was on. Two loads later, dryer shut off again. When we called them to check vent (because they guarantee service), first response was that they did their job and sent us pictures (I said it will be relevant). When we told them that pictures were never sent, next response was that they will change us again. When we mentioned guarantee, they finally said that they will sent someone.
And here is final chapter. Their guy called and said that he is in front of the building. We told him that our tenants are expecting him and that front desk is notified. He never entered the building!!! Woman from this company called and said that since we did not respond, they are closing this request and that they will charge us!!!
NEVER AGAIN. And I will make sure they do not get any work in my building.

I had an extremely concerning experience with KMS Duct Cleaning Company that compels me to leave this review. During the service, employees engaged in highly unprofessional behavior, including making threats of physical violence toward me as the homeowner. This conduct is completely unacceptable and created an unsafe environment. I strongly advise others to avoid this company due to their alarming disregard for professionalism and customer safety. I will not be using their services again and recommend looking elsewhere for reliable and respectful duct cleaning. I would leave zero stars if possible. Why my association hired this incompetent and amateurish firm is beyond me.

We called them based on a recommendation from a friend. They got us scheduled right away and their pricing was very competitive compared to other places in the area! They were very thorough and professional.
