They were very responsive and helpful. Came out to check my AC that was underperforming and found the cooling fins to be dirty. No BS they told me I could clean them or they could do it for a fee. Appreciate the straightforward customer services and honest opinion. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Aleks did a great job on our air source heat pump installation- prompt and professional. Everything works great, and they been responsive with questions after project completion too.

Alex and Sacha did a super job! Showed up on time and put in new furnace and air conditioner. In and out in 7 hours. Pleasant, polite and professional. They installed Goodman equipment which I have had at my business location for over 10 years and it has been very dependable. Thousands less than 3 other bids by the big guys. Installation looks very professional. I highly recommend. When my business equipment needs service or replacement I know who I am going to call.

These two were great. The service was excellent, the price was fantastic, and the installation looks great. I had them put a gas heater in my garage and it could not have been easier.

These guys were really helpful, I called them for a tuneup, and they identified that my exhaust pipe for my furnace was too close to the air intake. They ran to Home Depot and fixed the venting issue without any additional charge.

Alex is a good person and very helpful. I contacted him by phone and he gave me honest advice about my AC. At first, I asked him to fill the Freon, but after checking, he found that the condenser coil was leaking and hard to fix. Instead of just doing a temporary fix, he offered me the best price for a total AC replacement. I really appreciate his honesty and professional service. I highly recommend him!

I was in search for a company that could do installation for my basement and every company before Midwest Heating and Cooling were overly priced. I am very pleased I came across Alex and Sasha company. They both were beyond helpful, great communication and great pricing. I waited to post review until my inspection which was a pass. I highly recommend them. Thank you Alex and Sasha for working with us and I plan to keep their contact information for family and friends or even myself.

Alek & Sasha, they got me a great quote fast and could do the job soon. They put in 3 mini split condensors and 5 mini split heads. They work was fabulous and when one mini split unit gave them a problem they figured it out. They spent all day and into the evening completing the job. They answered all my questions. They even showed me how to use them. I would highly recommend them. I will hire them for all my hvac work in the future. They are true professionals.

Such a great family owned company. Sent me an estimate the day I contacted them. I actually paid the estimate price at completion of service. No extra charges and fees. They treated my house like it was their own home. Conscientious and courteous. The warranties on product and service are standard for the Goodman 2 stage furnace they installed. Its important to have knowledgeable HVAC technicians install a Goodman furnace. They shared alot of information with me so that I am an informed consumer.
They even went as far as to replace a thermostat that came with the original 2 stage furnace that did not support a two stage furnace. The original installer of the old furnace didn't know, didn't care and didn't share that the thermostat was only a one stage. Also, every technician I had out for service and check ups never bother to tell me, or even understand that it was the wrong thermostat. Midwest Heating and Cooling realized the mistake, told me immediately and replaced it for FREE!
I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to have an honest company in this day and age. The last technician for the previous furnace tried to charge me $1100 for a two stage control board only to be told by the Home Depot rep on my speaker phone that the two stage control board only cost $170. The other company tried to over charge me $930 for a simple board. I told the technician I was embarrassed for him.
Back to Midwest Heating and Cooling. I am thanking the Universe that they sent them to me. In a weeks time. I contacted them online. They communicated with me throughout the week. They actually showed up at the time they said they would. They efficiently installed the furnace, cleaned up everything and left my house looking better than when they came. If you are looking at any other company, don't.
Please use Midwest Heating and Cooling. You will thank me.
