We've had the great pleasure of working with a few different technicians from Twin City Heating, Air, and Electric and all have been fantastic. An extra special shoutout goes to Alex Smythe who we've had a couple times for different things; he's always happy to talk me through processes and educate me on good practices and ways to be a little more DIY which is immensely helpful for a first-time homeowner. My wife and I are super appreciative of everyone we've met through Twin City, and while nobody looks forward to home repairs, these guys make it a lot less painful than it could be. Thanks!

We would highly recommend Select. We asked them for a second opinion on our AC unit. Jeff came out and walked me through the process and actually showed me what they would be working on and explained the differences in units. The other company just rattled off numbers without context. On the day of install I was given a time frame of 30 minutes instead of a 4 hour window. The techs arrived right on time (7:30). They were professional and answered all of my questions. We will defiantly use Select again.

I’m just an attendant, but it was nice knowing how thorough Steve was and how knowledgeable he was about the systems in this home. Very friendly! Usually dealing with people inside your home is awkward, but he felt like a family member and played with my dog for about 10 minutes after the work was completed!

My specialist arrived during the window quoted. He was competent and detailed. After completing my AC check, he gave me an overview and answered all my questions. I will definitely use Baylor Heating & Air Conditioning again in the future!!

The technicians who came out to replace and install my new unit was very efficient polite and they kept me informed of the work as it was progressing. The work was done in a timely manner they showed me how to maintain the air filters and how to work the thermostat. Simply amazing!!
