Midwest got our new furnace installed and did a great job!!! I have used these guys a few times now and they are great to work with. Unfortunately for them this old house is running out of old equipment to replace.

They save the day! Our furnace went out. I tried calling other people to come and they were the only ones that came right away and took care of it within 24 hours amazing service, very professional and also very friendly and easy to work with.

Alex was great today. The furnace had went out in my house last night and I called Alex. Fortunately it didn't go out when it was really cold. Anyways he came right out this morning, I have delt with others who forgot about me or came way later than they said they would. He was really knowledgeable and got everything fixed really quickly. Highly recommend.

Thisnis a great service reputable and Alex is the best. We have called and 3 previous companies came out charge us for services, parts we paid and it did not work no cold air called these companies again they never replied or came back. One company said you need new unit you have a leak instead ot try to fix the leak first to see if it work before replacing the entire unit where they quote is $10k or more. We found Midwest on craigslist and we were hesitant not sure how reliable. BUT WE WERE SHOCKWD AT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE AND HOW HONEST THEY ARE. STEONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND ALEX!!! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES!!!!!!

Our AC went out on a Friday which isn’t optimal. Alex was referred to me and was great. He answered all my questions over the phone and got out to my house early in the evening, which not a lot of contractors would be willing to do. Our system was really old and it was time for a replacement, but he was honest every step of the way, and great about working with me on price. He was prompt the entire time, as there was hardly any wait time through the entire process from diagnosis to installation of new unit. Great customer service; would highly recommend and will use again.

We got referral from our friends. The employees responded quickly to my call for an unfunctional AC. They came to the place on time, and provided a few options from simple to complicated. After we decided to repair, they did the job after their normal hours. It was a very hot day, their work made a difference. I had an amazing experience with Alex and crew. They showed up the very next day and diagnosed both issues with furnace and AC unit. This is my first home and I have no idea what I’m doing - when i tried trouble shooting it I blew fuses. They walked me through everything and explained fully. Service was communicated properly and very reasonably priced. Most companies charge you just to come knock on your door, not Midwest heating and cooling. Couldn’t have asked for a better HVAC repair experience!
