Really great follow up and customer service. Rep who came out was really nice. I wound up getting furnace fixed through a friend of a friend who was very much less expensive, but I was happy with the level of service I received from Freedom and would've had them replaced the part had I not found a contact on the side.

David with Freedom did a large project for me as part of a basement remodel, and did an excellent job! Scope of work included a new furnace and A/C unit, re-configured duct work to allow for more ceiling space for a new basement bedroom, and a number of new gas lines. As part of the larger basement project, David had to coordinate a number of items with the plumber I had hired, and he did a great job playing nice and working well with the other contractor. The electricians Freedom subcontracted, JZ Electric, did excellent work as well.

David consistently had an eye on suggestions for improvements that could be done, when other contractors would simply be trying to install new HVAC systems, get paid, and get out. The staff workers that did the majority of the work were friendly, respectful, and helpful with all my questions. Freedom's office staff were also on top of everything, and were helpful whenever I needed something from them.

I couldn't be happier I chose to work with Freedom, and I would recommend them to anyone.

First, I was so pleased with how quickly I was able to get an appointment/ get a technician to my house. Anthony was prompt, wore shoe covers, and was friendly. He fixed our heating issue quickly and even went above and beyond (hooking up our fan upstairs for summer, which I didn't know was possible). He also took the time to show us how to use our new thermostat. I would certainly work with Freedom Heating and Air Conditioning again!

Our furnace went out this morning. We called and they had someone out to our house within an hour. Jon was quick and efficient. He found the problem, and explained our options in a manner that was honest and professional. He was prepared with the necessary parts, so he was able to do the repairs right away. The total time from when we made the call, to when the furnace was repaired, was less than 3 hours. We are very happy, and if we need HVAC work in the future, Freedom Heating and Air Conditioning will be the only number we call.

Had my furnace go out on New Years Day 2019. I spoke with 8 different companies and received 7 different quotes on getting a new furnace installed. It wasn't a difficult decision to go with Freedom Heating, as the customer service stood out above the rest. Because of my no-heat situation, they were able to install the next day after I made my decision, and the entire install process was very quick and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future for any HVAC needs.

I have been a club member for almost 3 years. Everyone at Freedom Heating is always friendly and helpful. Rae Lynn and Amy in the office, owner Dave, Anthony, John and Otto are knowledgeable and patient. They always answer my questions thoroughly. They are always punctual for appointments. I am grateful they take good care of my HVAC system.

My furnace went out the Friday before Christmas, and I was heading out of town for the holiday. The team at Freedom not only was able to replace my furnace that morning, but they worked with me to get everything squared away via email so that I could get on the road. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them in the future.

These people are scammers!!! Don't use Aquarius, American, or Freedom (same company, but they have three different names and two different numbers for some reason...?!)

Our air conditioner went on the fritz on June 3, during hot weather. Renato Carrasquedo with Aquarius a.k.a. American a.k.a. Freedom was quick to come out (June 5). He quoted us $1300 for a repair or $3500 for a new one. Minimum $80 service charge. We were a little suspicious, and luckily waited for a second opinion.

Standard Heating and Air came out three days later and said it was a cut/chewed wire. Service guy Mike stripped the wires and used a wire-nut to reconnect them. Fixed in 30 minutes for $170.

Awesome company that is fast, proficient, good prices, and no extra work on your end. This company needs to be one of the companies you consider getting any HVAC work or install done. Truly great.

This is a great company. Our AC died on a Sunday and the owner came out on Monday to give us an estimate on replacing both our AC and Furnace. There estimate was exactly what I paid and was more affordable than other estimates I got that same day. Also David was the only person (of 4) that day to see that there was back draft coming from my water heater pumping noxious gases into my home. His attention to detail was great which gave me absolute confidence in him and his crews. They were able to accommodate a next day install for me. His crew went above and beyond. We asked that they tried to not wake our napping baby (who does not sleep like the proverbial baby he wakes at everything). Amazingly, they were able to do so!

They finished on time, on price, with exceptional quality. When bad times happen with HVAC these guys need to be your first and potentially only call.

Our a/c unit bit the bullet right before the Memorial Day weekend. We suffered through the weekend and called Freedom on Tuesday. I talked to Amy and she was very friendly and helpful and scheduled an estimate for us the following day. David came out to our townhouse and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We explained to him that due to the age of our a/c unit we would just like to replace it. He gave us a couple options and we went with a new Bryant unit and Honeywell programmable thermostat. He was out a couple days later and installed the unit and had an electrician with him who replaced the shut off box by the new unit. He called us when he was just about done and we came home and he gave us a thorough walk-through of what he did. This man is a perfectionist! He did a fantastic job and we have been just loving the comfort his work has given us. I can't recommend him highly enough, Freedom Heating and Air will be my only call from now on for all my HVAC needs! Thanks Freedom!

Freedom was professional and helpful through the whole process of replacing both my furnace and AC. The estimator (who was a knowledgeable hvac tech, not a slippery salesman), the installers, and the office folks I spoke with on the phone were all pleasant and knew what they were talking about. Everything was clean when they left, and on top of it all their pricing was competitive and fair. Definitely recommend.

Freedom was fantastic and couldn't be happier with their service. My wife is 8 months pregnant and our A/C went, they were super responsive and did a great job with the installation on the new unit. Very courteous and professional.

I had Freedom Heating and A/C replace an old AC unit, add an air exchanger and install a Mitsubishi Wall Mounted solution (for our basement garage). I'm also part of their Freedom Club, which is a pretty good deal. I've dealt with David, the owner, and a few of his employees - they are quick to respond to all my calls. They take pride in their work, and make sure they leave your place cleaner than when they arrived. I feel they are a trustworthy provider of quality HVAC needs.

Our a/c died at the beginning of a long heat streak. I called a couple companies we had worked with previously and the soonest they could get to us was a week to 10 days later. I found Freedom Heating and decided to try them based on google reviews. They were able to come out in 2 days. The tech explained everything as he did it, always consulted with us regarding the costs before doing anything, and had it up and running quickly. We were very pleased, and thought the pricing was fair ($409 included trip charge, replacing both a/c fuses and the capacitor). And, our family stayed cool through the heat wave. Furnace went out and called two places. The first place wanted double the price and offered a less than desired time window for service. Freedom Heating and Air had someone over in 30 mins! The owner (David) got my furnace up and running within an hour for a great price! I decided to sign up for their club membership which includes a annual check up and cleaning of my furnace and my AC. Anthony came a week later and cleaned my furnace without issue, he was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Rae-Lynn in the office was also friendly, knowledgeable, and all around awesome!! I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing furnace or AC services. You will definitely be in good hands!!! We couldn't be happier with our experience with Freedom. Dave installed a ductless air conditioning system for us a couple of weeks ago. He was professional, communicated clearly every step of the way, and has a good eye for detail--he found the perfect spot to put the head in our living room so that it would cool efficiently but doesn't attract a lot of attention. He also made sure the outdoor unit and parts were inconspicuous and out of the way. The quote was a little more than 2 other companies, but they use the highest quality products and their customer service was more than worth it. We would happily use Freedom again.

Freedom did such an amazing job. We had them put in a mini split ductless AC system. They were professional, efficient, friendly and flexible. Great company. Quick and easy quote and then no financial surprises once AC unit was put in. They also cleaned up after themselves, which I really appreciate from a company providing this sort of service. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone for heating or AC.

Would very much recommend freedom. My new furnace was installed less than one week from my initial phone call. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and fantastic with all of my dogs! Their pricing is MUCH better than all the other estimates I got. The owner, David, is great! I will always use them for any needed services in the future.

Six years ago, after much research I bought a furnace and air conditioner through David at Freedom. His caring style and attention to detail was outdone by his integrity.

This week I returned to Freedom when a competitor said I had gas leaks, failing parts etc. during an annual furnace check. Not only did I NOT have gas leaks, Freedom (John and Ado) found and fixed a potential safety hazard created by a contractor. The competitor was trying a fear tactic, didn’t consider other key issues and never suggested that issue (if it existed) might be covered by warranty).

I have continually been impressed with the exceptional quality of caring, professional service from Freedom. THEY follow up on every service request and care deeply. It is a refreshing and essential difference from any other service providers I’ve seen in many years.
