Meh. Pros: I got A part that worked (not the right part) and I have heat now.
Cons: Store is cluttered and messy. They didnt have a matching part but I was handed an igniter for a different furnace and told to splice the plug from the old igniter onto this one and it "should" fit.

Currently my furnace is ghetto rigged with a part that didn't fit until the right part shows up from my Amazon order at half the price. I am pretty sure I am in violation of at least 1 code with the spliced igniter that doesnt fit quite right.

Also: took more than 10 minutes to run a credit card.

I cant wait until the right part arrives.

I bought a Heater and Condensing unit from Shurail last year. It has been a great system. Nobody beats their prices and the customer service is outstanding.

Shurail didn't have the part I needed but they called around and found it for me in less than an hour.

This is the 3rd time that myself or family has used this company. I called them late on a Sunday and they responded rapidly and were able to make it out the next day (Labor Day).
