We just had Jake out to clean our mini split system. He’s fantastic! (We also had him out last fall to check on a separate HVAC system in our house where he discovered that a roofing company didn’t allow enough space in the vent pipe after putting it back together. He went out on the roof to check on his hunch and he was correct saving us a lot of time and money). This time around he helped diagnose a problem with our mini split and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and how a mini split system works. He is truly one of the rare individuals that inspires confidence and trust. He is truly a keeper:) I will only be calling Midland for any future HVAC, boiler, mini split system issues we have. Thank you Jake!

Here is a company that I would feel confident in referring others to. One I will use when there is a need to replace or repair any of our HVAC system.
Not only are they very knowledgeable, but helped explain to me what they were repairing, a complete novice. Who am I kidding? A novice that knows nothing really.
Oh, other important notes: clean (tarps put down and wore those booties over shoes) prompt, came in the window given. Fair, gave options on costs.

Midland and the technician who came today are amazing. He looked at records from our previous inspection in the office before he came, and grabbed some common culprit parts. He showed up, popped in a new relay device, and the boiler started right up. Total of 3 minutes, and the radiators are back on! Incredible. So glad we have been working with these guys for years.

Jake exceeded my expectations today! On one of the coldest days of the year so far, I got a same day appointment and my heat back on quickly. Jake took his time to make sure it was fixed right and thoroughly explained everything to me. Midland truly is a great company and I won't be calling anyone else!

Jeff was amazing. He came out for a boiler tune up and was super helpful. This is our first home with a boiler and radiators and Jeff made us feel comfortable with the maintenance and how it all works. We will definitely use them in the future.

Midland Heating & Cooling installed a retro-fitted AC Unico system 12 years ago and when I noticed I wasn't getting water to my humidifier pad, I called Stacie at Midland and after explaining the situation, she sent a tech out 1 1/2 hours later to my house. Jake arrived on time and after reviewing the situation said there were 3 possibilities, then isolated the two contributing factors, explaining the whys and what was needed to fix the problem. I was very happy with his proficiency and methodical approach. You did a great job. I highly recommend Midland AND Jake for all your heating and cooling needs. Our furnace went out on coldest week of the year, Midland was able to get out next day and replace it.

I have a yearly maintenance contract. This was for the winterization of the HVAC heat pump system. Jake was wonderful and answered all of my questions.

Our condo AC unit was not working on (of course) one of the hottest days of the year so far. It stopped on Friday evening (Jun 20). I called Midland first thing Saturday morning, thinking no one could come out until Monday. Dan called me an hour later and someone was able to come out this afternoon. Jeff has been to my condo before and he knew exactly the issue. He fixed it and I'm grateful. I appreciate Midland Heating & Cooling and will use them again, AND refer them to others. Thanks!!

David and his team were wonderful! Midland installed my AC this past Fall, but I needed to get my ductwork redone in the basement. They did a fantastic job, which has already led to noticeable results in how my heating & air works. I highly recommend them!

Josh came, so friendly & knowledgeable. He explained all of the details of repair or replacement. No Senior Discount ,would be great to have an easier time to pay on a very fixed income.

Jake came out to help me get our air conditioner working again. He was very professional and took great effort to figure out what the problem was and fix it for us. He did not give up and continued to Problem solved until he figured it out. I highly recommend Midland. They treat you fairly and work hard to make things right

Midland Heating & Cooling is a great company. They offer affordable services and annual maintenance plans. Jake was our technician and is top notch. He was consultative and walked through everything he did for both our spring and fall service last year. Highly recommend.

We called and asked for help fixing our air conditioner that stopped working. The scheduling staff was very friendly and the technician was courteous and on time. They have even held our check until we got paid but the price is why I only gave 2 stars. It was over 200$ to change a fuse. The technician wasn't here a half hour. I would not call midland for help again because they are to expensive. But if you have an emergency they are very efficient and effective.

Came on a Saturday for faulty thermostat during winter. Excellent service by Jake. Great price being on the service plan. Worth it!
