I gave Sabastian a plumbing job for a house. At first, things seemed to be going well. We were quoted a price that included all of the plumbing needs verbally. As time went on he changed what the price included. Now we are being told that the plumbing in the kitchen, basement bathroom, and the back flow are separate costs. That would be an additional cost to the $5500 original fee we were quoted. My recommendation is to make sure every thing is written and signed off on when using this company. I’m very disappointed in the service provided.

Sebastian is my go-to for all things plumbing. I’ve used him many times. Always available, even weekends and holidays. Does great work. Fair. Honest. Reasonable prices.

Sabastian and sons, I would say is the best plumbing service you can get in Brooklyn center. They are a life saver. I was stinking due to not having a proper shower(kinda embarrassing to share but true), they figured out exactly what the problem with my shower was and also extended the help I needed for the shower installation. If you have a shower installation problem, give them a call!

I was very disappointed in this company and wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!
My plumbing problem is solved but the pricing and customer service after completion were awful.
We feel there was no logical way they computed the price. And when asked how they got to the price they issued no explanation. I had to beg them to send a email receipt. After three requests they did it.
I will tell everyone I know not use them.

I had Sebastian out to do some rough in plumbing, fix a floor drain and do some finishing work. He did very bad work and was very dishonest. He repaired a main water line and Unclogged the basement floor drain. The water main started leaking again and I had to pay to get it fixed and the floor drain was not properly unclogged and it caused me to fail an inspection. He also, in a very threatening way demanded more money after changing his bid and refusing to do the work he agreed on. Don’t go with this company unless you want poor quality work with changing prices.

Memorial Day weekend Saturday after the big rain I thought I had rainwater coming in. After a closer look I saw that a copper water pipe had developed a tiny hole and had leaked water all night - lots of water. I doubted I would find a plumber available that weekend. I then called around and found Sebastian. He gave me a time he would be there and actually arrived early. He had high tech tools and correct parts to make the repair quickly and cost way less than I was expecting.

Had a large company come out to assess my plumbing problem and after paying a call fee and one hour's worth of services, I was told that I had a much bigger issue, including breaking up the concrete floor in the basement that would cost thousands of dollars and take days to resolve. I opted to get a second opinion. Sabastian & Sons came out and after a few minutes of assessment, provided a different prognosis. The problem was fixed and my plumbing works great. They saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. Next time, they will be my first call for sure!

Good service and honest prices, they explain every steps what they are going to work on and made me aware of it before I make any further decisions. I am satisfied with their work.

Sabastian came on time and did a wonderful quick job for my kitchen sink. i wish it wouldve been cheaper but when compare to all the other plumbing companies, Sabastian is the only company that quotes at the lowest price available. Mr. rooter quoted me at 380 just for the kitchen sink but Sabastian was 20 percent cheaper which was better than any other plumbing company i know.

I had a clog on new years day. They came out and got it fixed at a reasonable price. And then 2 days later the clog was back, I called them again and they came out within an hour and fixed it for good at no additional cost. Best service I have ever received.

I just hired one guy. He was so really super bad he did not do anything even though he did not know what the problem was. I called him to fix my water leaking in the sink but he said he must “do everything properly” he did not do anything just tell us to do it or go to the store to buy stuff to replace the new one. What ??I called him to fix it and he told us to do it after fews checks. He charged us 79$ for what I don’t know. He did not even say the solution for the problem was just charged money and go, so bad services.
