I am in process of finishing a workshop space, but the soil stack was square across the middle of the room, and I would constantly bump my head into it. The service to our kitchen sink was also not done properly, as well as the venting. Erik's crew came in and fixed all of it, making sure everything was up to code and tucked away. Any additional work, costs, and considerations were communicated immediately and in high detail, so there were no surprises at the end. In the end, I now have a kitchen sink that blasts water and drains efficiently to a soil stack that doesn't cause any concussions (and looks great too!)

ENP recently installed a heat pump water heater for us and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. They are clear, responsive, and trustworthy communicators before, during, and after the job and they do outstanding plumbing work. They attended thoughtfully to every detail of installing our water heater. They also were happy to let me do the electrical part of the install, which I appreciated. Their charges were reasonable. ENP always saves the day (for a very fair price!) Their knowledgeable team approaches the project in a thorough way and explains the work so I understand the challenge and scope before proceeding.

But what I appreciate most is that they don't try to create panic or overcharge based on my ignorance about gas piping, water heaters, etc. I recently received a $15,000 quote from a different company for a project involving my 100 year old gas pipes. I had not smelled gas, had not had any issues, but a BIG issue was "found" during a routine boiler maintenance visit. ENP was brought in as a second opinion, did two sets of testing with very sensitive equipment and did not find any leaks. For thoroughness, they bid the same full pipe replacement (at a much more reasonable cost), suggested a double check with Centerpoint, and showed me how to do the leak tests MYSELF going forward which I will now do every 6 months for peace of mind.

I honestly can't thank John and Malay from ENP enough. They were kind, knowledgeable, made me feel comfortable with all of my options, and ultimately, saved me a boatload of money in the near-term - which I find to be an incredibly honest and admirable business model. I would recommend ENP to anyone with a plumbing project because they are trustworthy and do the work needed expertly but don't do more to make more. THANK YOU!!!

Only reason why I am giving them 1 star, is because I'm not sure if they are still in business. Number is disconnected. Scheduled an appt through their website and no one showed up. Even though I received a confirmation that someone would be coming. They did previous work for me. Same day service and solved my problem. They are great to work with and I was hoping to work with them again.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. Representative asked me multiple questions, which seemed all over the place, and cut me off every single time with a different question without any chance of me fully answering what my plumbing needs. At this point, I've already questioned their credibility. Said they would have someone call me back in 15 minutes for a scheduled appointment, but never did. I'm glad they didn't.

I will recommend this company to anyone. They have good customer service. On time and reliable. They clean up my faucets allowing water to flow in to the house in no time. Thanks for coming to my rescue.

While Sabastian isn't able to work on machines, he was kind enough to give me an estimate on how much it would take to fix our old washer - so we decided to get a new one based on the quote. Good man, didn't ask for a dime for the advice!

Charged me $360 and couldn't fix the clogged sink. Couldn't even give me a diagnostic or where the clog is! If your sink is clog, don't get their service!
