Bonfe did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line. Kyle Llanas came out to assess the situation and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. The clog was eventually fixed by Joel Romero much to our satisfaction. Next, Mark Hiegel came out to scope the drain with a camera. He recommended a more intense deep cleaning of the line and then a liner install. The Bonfe employees that come out to perform the cleaning and liner install were amazing. They were all friendly and careful to not mess up our house. They put plastic down and cleaned everything up perfectly when they were done. I don't remember everyone's name who came out to do this part except for Josh. They were all great representatives of Bonfe!

I had a great customer experience working with ENP the first time. I chose ENP based on their stellar google reviews and prompt response time. Justin was easy to get a hold of, and any missed calls were responded to in a timely manner during the scheduling process. The plumbers on site, Adam and Simon, were very professional in their approach, taking much care in protecting my floors, limiting dust by using plastic tenting, and being attentive with their clean up post repair. With an over 100 year old home with questionable patch jobs over the years, Adam and Simon were unphased and solution focused. I felt informed with what repairs were being performed, and any options were well described and pressure free. I never felt like I was being "sold", and their repair came in at their quote. I would not hesitate recommending ENP to friends or family and will keep them in mind for any future plumbing needs. My entire experience with Erik Nelson Plumbing was great. I described my issue to Nick when I scheduled my service and he found the most appropriate team to address my problem. Erik (the owner) and Jaron came to the house and gave me an estimate and described what the job likely would entail. I had a broken vent pipe in my upstairs bathroom that need to be replaced and reconnected to my main vent stack. I also had them replace all of the remaining galvanized pipes in that bathroom as well. They had to open the wall in an adjacent bedroom to make the repairs. I was very happy with their work and they left the work area spotless. The final cost came in below their original estimate. These are good guys and I highly recommend them.

John did excellent work at our house and thoughtfully (and patiently) answered all my plumbing questions. Plus, we got to talk drums and music. We will definitely have ENP back for future plumbing needs.

We had John from ENP over to fix a broken pipe to an exterior faucet in our 100 year old South Mpls house. Showed up the same afternoon I called to diagnose the problem and talk through some other future plumbing concerns. Super knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions. Despite the pipe being in a tough spot in the ceiling of our finished basement bathroom, John fixed it quickly with a better faucet and shut off than we had before, and under quote!

We hired Erik Nelson Plumbing to analyze and repair a serious mistake done by a previous tradesman. Jaron and Nick studied the problem with care and not only installed a required component but determined that an expensive replacement recommended by the previous service was not required. Saved us a bundle. Also did excellent work, explained what was done and did all the finishing touches beautifully. We will use Erik Nelson for all our plumbing needs going forward.

I had them come out during our recent kitchen remodel to install a gas hook up for our new stove, a water line for our new fridge, a garbage disposal and sink line, and a new outdoor faucet. They showed up on time and were straightforward with the explanation of work and cost. They also provided great recommendations of things that should be replaced without any pressure. I needed some major plumbing updates done on my turn of the century home. Justin took the time to provide explanations of everything that needed to be done and provided a detailed bid.

Nick and Jaron spent multiple days at my house on this project. They were always prompt, efficient with their time, and always kept everything clean and tidy along the way. On top of this, they were both super friendly and willing to explain the decisions and options throughout the project.

I was exceptionally impressed with the amount of care, thought and information given during the job. Not only did they correct my broken outdoor faucet, but they also helped me understand what had caused it to do so, since it was only a year old and had been drained in the fall. The estimate and pricing were logical and fair, and the plumber was efficient. After some unfortunate prior experiences with plumbers, a friend recommended this business. I plan to use them whenever I have future issues, and with a 100+ year old house that's likely to be sooner than later.

Personable, professional, and thorough service. We have an old floor drain that builds up with rust and needs to be cleaned out every few years. ENP got us on their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. They arrived on time and explained the whole process up front, from rates to expectations, no mysteries. The best part, they let me watch so I could learn how to clean it myself. We've been at a loss because we lost our longtime plumber, but now are elated because ENP is definitely our new go-to for plumbing. My only complaint is that we didn't find them sooner!

Tim and Matt looked at the old moentrol shower valve, tried to repair, and moved forward with a complete valve reinstall when it became the best option. ENP will be my go to choice for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

These guys are a testament to buying small and local! I had 2 of the big name companies out for estimates for my multi-day job and they were hugely inflated; in one case in part, I think, because I’m a single woman with white hair. Then I got wise and called this small company located right in the neighborhood. They were fantastic from start to finish. They were great at explaining without the patronizing tone of the others. They broke down the estimate so I could pick and choose what I could afford. In the end I could do everything because their charges were so much more in line with what I was expecting. Jaron and his apprentice were always on time, friendly, creative, professional and the quality of the work was outstanding. It is now over 2 months later and everything is working perfectly.

It was such a positive experience in every way. I feel relieved to know I won’t need to put off calling for plumbing help in the future because I can call Erik’s! And I’d never hesitate recommending them to my friends.

I’ve had ENP do two small projects at my house now, and am very happy with the results. I spoke to Justin on the phone before both, and he was responsive and did all he could to help over the phone. I got on the schedule easily both times. Simon was the plumber who came out for each project. He was friendly, explained my options at various price points and the pros/cons behind each, and did quality work. They are a little higher priced, but their pricing process is as transparent as can be and the peace of mind I get is worth it to me knowing their work is well done.
