We called Jake the Plumber after a bad experience with a large plumbing company who had quoted us an outrageous amount for a kitchen faucet and disposal installation. Rich and Meyer came and installed the new faucet and disposal quickly and efficiently, all while saying great things about their employer and the company they work for. The work was 1/4 of the cost we were quoted from the other company, and I could not recommend them more! We will absolutely continue using them for any future needs!

Jake is an honest, friendly and timely plumber. He addressed some long-deferred leaks in my bathroom plumbing. He did a great job accessing the problem area through my ceiling and showed me how to install an access panel for future needs. I've used Jake for plumbing many times over the years and it has always been a great experience. I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Jake the Plumber for a new water heater after ours went out, and we received an upfront quote for the job after sending in some pictures, which we thought was really convenient as it is hard for my wife and I to take time off our jobs. We are incredibly happy with the service provided and also the product we received for a fair price and quality work. Absolutely nothing has been a straightforward fix in our old house, but Rick was really knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation of everything he was doing. He was able to work with the quirks in our home, and was also incredibly helpful in referring us to some other service companies for different issues. My wife and I are not originally from the twin cities and this was our first “surprise repair” since we moved here, so all of this information and experience was especially valuable to us! We appreciate everything, and will for sure be returning customers without hesitation if we need it! Thank you!

Jake and his staff are amazing. They have done several plumbing projects at our house. They do great work and are very kind and respectful. They have talked me through some minor repairs on my own as well. I don’t even call another plumber for a bid at this point, I trust jake and his team.

Jake's plumber Rick installed new shut off valves in our bathroom and kitchen, and a new kitchen faucet. Our old shut offs were frozen solid.

My old water heater stopped working, and after weeks of calls and estimates and options, these guys replaced my old unit and I couldn't be happier. It's so great to work with a small business and not a big company--they took the time to answer my questions and help me get the best solution for the best price. Other vendors quoted me 4x as much for the same exact job. They even gave me an arrival time and told me when then job was going to be finished--I didn't have to take a whole day off work to sit around waiting and wondering when someone would show up. As a relatively new homeowner in the area, I'm so glad that I found an honest local plumber I can call when something goes wrong.

I had a copper pipe fail inside my wall, something nobody ever wants to happen. I got multiple quotes one upwards of $1000 just to fix the pipe itself.

I found him referenced on the Next Door app very highly, He was able to give me an estimate on the spot. Jake came in swiftly, on his lunch break might I add, to save the day.

He was honest, efficient, and a light in an otherwise horrible circumstance. I’ve already sent out a referral blast to all of my people if they ever need a plumber to give him a ring.

Bonfe was excellent! Our floor drain was backing up and overflowing everytime we did laundry. Kyle showed up same day, cleaned it all out, and snaked another drain we were having issues with. No clogs since! Thank you, Kyle!

Yesterday may 29th Bonfe arrived at my house. Did a great job. He helped clear the pipe. He worked so hard because my house pipe was so narrow and difficult to clear. Nut was stuck and so old. Not once did he hesitate or give up. He patently went through and exhausted all possible ways until he finally used another method and cleared the pipe. Water now flows flawlessly so I'm very happy. If I wasn't so broke and poor right now, I would've tipped him but man I'm so sorry for the hard working guy who broke so mamy sweats because of my dumb old pipes. True value and a great guy. I recommend. Bonfe, you're man was awesome. Truly. Ty.

Mark was knowledgeable of his job. He explained what, where and why questions and gave different option in how to resolve our drain problem. He also gave us price options for the service that Bonfe charges. He is patient and very friendly individual. Thanks for the great work. Our drain is fully functional now.

Adam is always friendly and very professional. He took the time to make sure my issue was fixed and also gave recommendations to prevent future issues.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Excellent service! I would definitely recommend this plumber and will use their services again.
