Simply amazing! I had an "emergency" early Sunday morning, and after calling Discount Plumbing around 8:30am, Ricky was here within the hour and had completed everything by 10am!! Thanks so much, plumbers!!

Although Caleb couldn't fix our problem, he was thorough and professional and very helpful. He was also very clean and conscientious.

Kyle and Andrew were professional, friendly and skilled in clearing a main drain/line in our house. We will definitely call Bonfe again for any future drainage issues!

Realized had sewer line issue and got staff in to diagnose within a day. Once problem was identified, crew to fix issue was scheduled within 2 days and problem is no more.

the tech was very nice and took the time to explain how to flush the low water toilet. it has a double flush feature and must be held down longer. thank you

Overall, felt like a bait and switch with the $94 drain clearing “deal” add a $75 service fee and extra $94 per hour past the first hour. They took 4 hours and we thought they had fixed the problem. We did major cleaning once the tech left because we didn’t want to be charged the hourly rate and sewage had sprayed and leaked everywhere. Not only are we backed up again 30 days later, but it is coming through the sewage clear out pipe that was “sealed”. Now we are leaking sewage there, and it’s coming up all the drains. Called to see if there is a “guarantee” of any work done considering this was never an issue in the 8 months we lived here and now it’s happened twice. Was told no, and the technician said he believed it was caused by grease because his line spun so fast it snapped. He repaired the line and kept going. He was a nice guy and called superiors for help when he was stumped. I called discount plumber back and they said his report said it was a possible root problem. That is hard for me to believe as I asked the tech 3+ times and not once did he suggest roots may be the issue. Included photos of the mess we were left to clean and bleach. Two stars only due to the kindness of the tech.

Adam is a very experienced technician, knowledgeable and fun to talk with. I had my main drain cleared and I got to watch and view on camera as he cleaned the drain. He also told me about a liner that would be compatible and maintenance free that would fit inside the old drain, secure from roots, etc. a excellent choice for a older home with a neighborhood full of mature trees.

Caleb delivered outstanding service. He provided a comprehensive overview of the homes plumbing system and communicated technical details effectively about various materials, exactly locations, etc. He maintained a clean and organized workspace. Thank you, Caleb.

John Abercrombie did a great job on his visit to clear a kitchen sink closet. He completed a thorough exam and offered three options. He did not push one option over another - just explained the benefits (and potential limitations) of each. The job was completed quickly and he cleaned up as well. He also explained the types of foods that can cause clogs. We are now much more informed about what to put down our garbage disposal!

Bonfe is amazing! They are so quick to respond and there whole team is professional and highly trained! If you ever need anything done electrical, plumbing, heating THEY ARE YOUR GO TO TEAM!! They offer financing for any bigger job you might have come up which is wonderful!

The technician, Caleb Kauffman, was called up last minute from another Bonfe technician based on our need for a camera/video of the sewer line.

Caleb invited (and basically encouraged me) to watch his process and the live video of the sewer line. He explained everything as the camera moved from 1 foot to 35 feet. At this point, the camera got stuck. He checked with the shop and they had the bigger camera that was needed. Caleb drove back to get it and was back within an hour to complete the job and make recommendations. A very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful technician.

Alex was extremely professional and explained everything very clearly. I had inquired about a smell in the basement drain. He ran his camera through the pipes and was able to see the issue and discuss reasonable options. Great guy! Highly recommended!

The technician was very friendly, helpful tips, informed us what he was doing. We were told we would get a $25.00 credit because we were asked to move our appt, which we did, but are not sure if we got the credit

The men performing the sewer project were extremely professional. They were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. They explained the process thoroughly and kept us informed along the way. They informed us of what to expect in the future. They were very neat and took care to not hurt anything in house as they brought in all their large equipment. Very well done.

Had major kitchen drain issue. Service technician John accessed the situation and went to work. Thankfully he was successful taking care of the problem and the total job took about an hour. Technician was very friendly and took great care to protect the property. I was happy to secure a Sunday appointment considering scheduled the appointment late on a Friday.

I would like to thank Bonfe for the work they did for us. We have been battling roots, from a tree in our front yard, infiltrating our main sewer line for many years. Last year we decided to call Bonfe to snake the line since I could no longer muscle the rental machine to do it myself. Their Tech, Caleb, came out, did a wonderful job, was extremely polite and professional. He showed me the video he took of the line after it was done. He pointed out a few other problems that the line had. (i.e. - slump line, cracked main line, etc.) These are issues that would only get worse with time. This year we had Caleb out again for the same work and got the same results. Caleb gave us (3) quotes to repair the issues with different methods. We choose to have the line repaired with a new Cured in Place Pipe system which was done without the need to trench up our front yard and is guaranteed for 50 years. Every party of the process was done with exceptional professionalism. I would wholeheartedly recommend Bonfe to anyone. Thank you Bonfe. Especially Caleb, Devon, Isaiah, Andrew, and Dennis.

We have been with Bonfe for years and always very happy with their services. This time was different. We were told to expect a plumbing technician to unclog a drain yesterday then we were told no one was available. Finally, after 6;30 pm, a technician came and said our kitchen sink pipe was frozen, told us to plug in a space heater under the sink and left without any further testing.

Bonfe for unplugging my kitchen sink. Nothing worse than doing dishes in the bathroom. It was a quick fix, but believe me when I say one doesn't realize how much you miss your kitchen sink until you can't use it.
And thanks for explaining the process of what was going to be done trying to unclog the drain.
