I don't leave many reviews, but our experience with Soderlin was so exceptional I feel compelled to sing their praises. Huge shoutout to Jeff Johnson who replaced our water heater. He is the consummate professional: knowledgable, thorough, personable, highly skilled, and incredibly detailed. He took the time to explain every aspect of the job, including potential "surprises". Plus, he's just a great guy to work with. Prior to Soderlin I didn't really have "a guy" for this type of work, but now I most definitely do. Thanks Soderlin - and Jeff - for the exceptional work! Soderlin is great! They fixed my leaking tub drain very quickly. Jeff had to cut a small hole in the kitchen ceiling for access to the p-trap, but it is much smaller than I expected and he left no mess.

We have used Soderlin for many years for all our plumbing issues. Jeff is an extremely knowledgeable person who can look at a problem and analyze what needs to be done. He is also very efficient. We recommend them highly.

Second time I've had Soderlin out for a plumbing issue, and I've been happy with them both times. Jeff was very friendly, professional, and quick. Soderlin was great to work with! My calls were always answered and responded to promptly. We were able to get a plumber out quickly to make a quote and then scheduled the work only two weeks out. Everyone we worked with were curteous and respectful. We had a fairly large project and the workers were timely and efficient. They discussed what the work entailed and showed us what would get done. They cleaned up after themselves and respected our house and property. I will definitely be using Soderlin again if needed and highly recommend them.

My shower head in my 1928 Minneapolis home was leaking while my tub faucet was running for the past few months. I called Soderlin on 9/27 to diagnose and repair the issue. Their office picked up immediately and worked with my schedule to have someone arrive the next day. They sent Joel, a professional plumber with over 20 years of experience. He contacted me ahead of my appointment the morning of 9/28 and was prompt and early. He ran a few diagnostics and gave me a couple options to potentially fix the issue. He recommended the inexpensive option first which I went with. He replaced the shark bite fitting with a copper connection, and the shower head no longer leaked. The problem was due to a bad shark bite connection that was constricting the water flow and backing up to the shower head. Joel was professional, courteous, and explained the issue in easy to understand terms. Soderlin hourly rates were very reasonable, especially with their team like Joel that have decades of experience. I should have called them months ago to fix my issue. I received a 5 star service experience from them. I saved their business card for my fridge. They are my new go-to plumber for any of my plumbing needs. I attempted to change a Delta cartridge and I broke the copper pipes. Joel from Soderlin was at our house within an hour! He was incredibly friendly, very fast, and he did a great job. He also put in shut-off valves for the second floor! He was even friendly with our two dogs! I can’t recommend Soderlin enough.

Wow, very impressed! I’ve owned my house for almost 30 yrs. I’ve had plumbers over before, but Jeff (I think) was a very pleasant professional. He came in, assessed my issue and fixed it with 10 min. The cost was very reasonable. I didn’t realize the company was Veteran Owned & Operated which made me happy because I do want I can to support our veterans. My dad was a Veteran. Chad did a wonderful job installing our furnace and water heater. He answered all our questions and set us up well. Overall, Soderlin provided the best rates and the most transparent interactions of any of the vendors we interacted with.

The plumber arrived at the early end of the expected time. He described how the faucet had deteriorated and explained the repair. He replaced the faucet assembly quickly, and we've had no trouble since. He was polite, cheerful, and efficient. We've always had great service from Soderlin.

They have done it again! Soderlin has been to my 110 year old home for various jobs over the years. They recently fixed my leaky faucet with prompt, friendly service and fair pricing. I appreciate that they give an exact cost once they see the job rather than using an hourly rate scale. Will use again and again.

Amazing quick repair of our kitchen leak behind the wall at a fair price. Our plumber was on time and courteous. I am very happy to know this has been repaired correctly. We had a different plumber out here a couple weeks ago, obviously trying to take advantage of us, but Soderlin gave us a fair quote for the job.

We have used Soderlin Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning for the past 25-30 years for everything from annual maintenance for our air conditioning system to installing new water heaters and heating systems. For major work we always get 2-3 estimates and while some estimates are less expensive, we have always chosen Soderlin due to their experienced professionals and terrific work.
Two years ago, we discovered on a Saturday morning a flood in our basement. Turned out we had a cracked tubing in the water line to our refrigerator, that had occurred during the night. The office told us how to turn off the water to the house, a plumber was at our house within the hour, identified the problem, and helped us in getting mitigation folks to the house to start mitigation and finally the repairs.
To sum it up, Soderlin Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning gives us fantastic service and peace of mind.

Last but not by any means least, I try to be very careful about the people I bring into my home to do work. Soderlin has consistently sent nice people that I feel comfortable having in my home.

New furnace 1-2 years ago, and recently a new AC. Regarding both experiences plus a couple earlier problems: The Quality of Service in all measurable categories was superlative, and it was a pleasure to engage them. I wish Jeff Johnson were my neighbor.

I once compared prices and found them somewhere in the mid-range, I think. Okay, fine----but is getting a 'great' bargain something you want when searching for a surgeon? The price rating systems don't tell me much, unless some outfit's prices are so off-the-charts they include a catered lunch. My criteria include those intangible qualities of professional and personal integrity that only be recognized by seeing them firsthand---and I have. This could be edited and made more coherent, perhaps, but I think you get the point. I just know I can count on you when needed---though I hope that isn't too often. Thanks.
