It was like a commando raid, they came in, cut down my tree, removed everything and left no trace they were even there except for the tree stump. I recommend Elijah's to anyone who asks for a tree removal service.

Called today to have someone come out to do an estimate on a tree that had damage. Person I spoke with was very rude. Did not want to listen and wanted to charge $85 for an estimate/trip charge (their business is about 3 miles from my house). Told person that apparently he did not want my business and hung up.

Poor customer service - Came out to give an estimate (which is expected) and set a date for tree removal. When the day came, he sent an email stating he couldn't do the job rather than calling me directly. He gave a bunch of excuses rather than owning the fact he outkicked his coverage on a large job.

Thanks Elijah Tree Care for your quality job. You quickly and expertly took care of the problem for a very reasonable price. I also appreciated your explanations about tree care, it really helped me understand what was going on with my tree. I highly recommend these guys.

To sum it up: Excellent experience!!!

I had a dead, approximately 70-feet-tall oak tree in my yard with dead branches overhanging my children’s playground, so the tree needed to be removed. I had contacted 3 “reputable” major tree-care services in the West Metro area asking for quotes for the above job. All three companies made promises that they would come out, check the tree and provide quotes,. However, eventually only one showed up. This company gave us a long talk about how they would need special equipment, bucket trucks, etc. to get the job done. Accordingly, the rep gave me an outrageously expensive quote. The other two companies never bothered to show up even after multiple telephone calls. After a week passed, I looked for other options. Due to sheer luck, I stumbled upon ELIJAH’S TREE CARE. After I called them, Elijah promised he would check the tree and provide me with a quote within 48 hours. True to his word, he was standing in my yard 2 days later checking out the work at hand. (As I learned later he had come in spite of having his first child born just couple days previously!!). He looked at the tree, and to my complete amazement, used the (nowadays all too rare) common sense approach. He said that after a minor trimming of branches the whole tree could be fallen as a whole (i.e., no need for bucket trucks/lifts/helicopters you name it)! And yes, he quoted me a price less than 20% of the company that was planning to use all the fancy albeit unnecessary stuff. Needless to say, they were hired for the job which they completed exactly as promised! I could not be happier with their reasonable pricing (so much so that I gave them 20% tip), down to earth attitude, and the displayed. They certainly gained several customers for life with my family and my neighbors who witnessed them at work with that huge dead oak tree.

I feel like I can really trust Elijah's Tree Care service. Elijah is so knowledgeable but never pushy. Very pleasant to work with. Great job, reasonable price, efficient timeline.

I had a small job that needed to be done right away. Since his crew was in the neighborhood Elijah sent someone over 3 times to do the job in parts. The work was done in plenty of time to meet my deadline. It was a pleasure to be able to work with someone who is professional and cares about his customers.

I was very happy with the service we got from Elijah! This is the 2nd job I've had from him and both went well. When he quoted this job he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and offered advice for trimming our crabapple during the fall. He was quick to respond, communicated well and was priced better than the competition. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a tree stump for my home and I found Elijah on the web.
He was close to home...so therefore convenient too.
Elijah responded to my email and request almost immediately after I sent it.
He was able to show me a lot of different stumps that had been recently cut.
He was patient with my requests and even offered to buzzsaw the bottom of it if it didn't seem level.
I would recommend this business solely based on this man's kindness and patience.

I guess they have taken all of the good reviews for granted. Called Elijah's Tree Care, and already got a bad vibe from the call receiver. I asked for tree review and trimming services, and the caller, told me to go to the website and fill out online form in a somewhat rude and insulting tone like I should've known better. Stated will call me back shortly afterwards.

Anyways, filled out the online request two days ago, and never got a call back. What impeccable customer service, and way to represent Elijah.

Elijah was our hero today! A neighbor found a cat that had been stuck in a tree for 4 days. After trying for 2 hours to get him down, we gave up and I started calling around. Since it was a Saturday, I wasn’t sure if anyone would be available. Elijah was the only one who took my call seriously! He was able to come out within 40 minutes and had the kitty down in less than 10 minutes. He’s a true professional and I highly recommend him!

Great price, great service!

We had a 10-year-old maple lose a major limb in a windstorm. The break was about 20 feet up on the trunk and the limb was resting on the ground. Several other branches were broken or bent beneath the damaged limb.

Elijah came out the day I called, even though it was late. He quoted me the minimum charge over the phone, which was a reasonable amount. He arrived on time, took care of the damage, and gave us advice on how to care for the tree while it healed.

His final bill was less than quoted, which I really appreciated. It was not difficult work for him, but would have taken me a full day and would have been somewhat dangerous. We will definitely call him in the future for all of our tree services!

We have a few large trees in the yard of our new home and we wanted to start our right with our care of the trees. One had some deadwood up high that worried us about it's health.

We first reached out to Elijah to get an idea of services and prices for checking out our trees and possible trimming. Elijah was able to provide a wealth of information just through our first email, by naming the specific trees from our picture in the yard, and cautioning us on working with anyone advising over trimming. Once Elijah came out and walked through the yard, he was able to explain more about what care our large trees actually need, and explained the risk of overtrimming. He put to rest our concerns about the deadwood in the larger tree and assured us it was still healthy and solid. There was no push from him on any trimming or removal. We even discovered one of the medium trees in our yard is an Ash and Elijah was honest about treatment vs no treatment with that particular tree. It was clear his concern was first and foremost for the trees themselves and not ridiculous aethetics or financial gain. In the end we decided to hold off on any work but we do expect we'll be working with Elijah in the future once an Ash tree in our yard succumbs to the emarlad ash bores.

If you're looking for someone who's knowlegable and actually wants to keep trees alive, healthy, and thriving, Elijah is the one to work with.

Elijah provided consultation and information on aspects of tree removal and continued care, a fair estimate/"bid" for the work, as well as an accurate timeline for service. Unfortunately after a good trimming on my many trees, he left a couple chopped branches behind and did not accept responsibility afterwards, and I had to hire someone else to finish the job

Elijah did a great job. He was very reasonably priced. We decided to do the hauling and clean up ourselves to save money. He took down 4 trees. His machine lift did not damage our grass despite a little rain from the day before. I recommend getting a quote from him.

There stump grinding is the best!!!
