Great electricians and fabulous customer service!

Very Knowledgeable and Reasonable for Commercial jobs highly reccommend

We had some electrical work done at our home by Pulse Electric. They fit us in amongst other jobs as our job was fairly small. The electrician was very respectful, professional, called before he came over, and knew what he was doing. Everything worked well when he left. We would hire Pulse again in the future.

I use a lot of contractors/electricians from around the country. I called them due to their proximity of where the service call was needed. They also had good reviews on Google. They were fast and efficient getting the project done in five days. With other electricians, I am sometimes waiting 2-3 weeks just for them to get back with me. There bill was very reasonable especially considering that a lift truck was required. I would use them again.

Very unhappy with Pulse residential electric. I had 3 bathrooms that kept losing electricity. After 4 or 5 call backs they found that outlet on my deck was the cause so they Jimmy rigged with extension cord but did not want to repair that outlet. They said they found the problem and charged 438.00 for that. Crazy like a Saturday night skit

DO NOT USE NEI Electric. They are unethical. They told me that they would supply the outlets. Then they didn't bring them and charged me for an extra hour to drive to Home Depot to get what they forgot after acknowledging that it was on the paperwork. That $100 they would not refund will cost them far more than $100. I certainly will never use them again and be forewarned if you do. You'll have surprise expenses.

Our electrician, Jesse, was the best. He completed the job ahead of schedule and is coming back to install fixtures we ordered that did not arrive in time. We are very pleased with the work and improvements that were done.

I have used NEI Electric on many occasions. Chris has been very easy to work with and he has done a wonderful job on all my requests. I had my outdoor electrical box moved (from the pole to the house) and electrical to my pavilion and many other various projects in the home. I can trust that the job will be done to my satisfaction every time.

When we have an electrical problem, we always call NEI Electric. Jesse is simply the best. He is quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I also appreciate Tony working us into the schedule, so we didn’t have a long wait. Thank you both!

Jon was very prompt in responding to a request for an estimate. The work done was exactly what was requested for the price quoted. The workmanship was excellent.

Doesn't do small jobs. Needed a ceiling junction box rewired. Too small of a job for this company. Tried to give the small business, some business, but not so much.

Call them and mentioned that I had a electrical situation at a rental property. Got an answer of "we have no room". I just thanked him and hung up. Next!

In response to the owner. Saying that I need emergency service and he was not equipped for that type of service.
I wasn't seeking emergency service. I was calling around to see if I could get someone to come out to give a quote on a electrical situation. It was non-emergency. I did get someone to come out the following week. The quote was good and they fixed it.

I guted the majority of a duplex I've done this many times before and worked maney electricians. The one inspector said I've inspected John's work for 20 years I've never had any issues with any of it...... If you've ever dealt with inspectors in the City of Minneapolis they are grumpy bureaucratic City employee types for them to say they haven't had any trouble with his work in 20 years is quite a compliment this guy is top-notch.

Sold our house and needed some work done prior to closing. Jon knew the circumstances and provided a fair bid and was able to adjust his schedule to meet our time line. Great experience!
