I found Grey Duck last year at the Pride Festival and grabbed a business card. I had yet to buy a home but wanted to have a resource available for when I finally purchased one. The spigot in the backyard was broken and unusable as well as the front spigot with a split in the pipe. I called Grey Duck to have them come out for a quote and they were able to get me scheduled for an appointment asap. Greg came to my home promptly on time. He listened to what I needed fixed and proceeded to explain to me what he would do to solve my problem. While he was in my basement he smelled a faint scent of gas and started checking the pipes for leaks which he found. He gave me a reasonable quote for the work and offered to take care of it right away. He was fast, efficient, and kind. He wanted to make sure that I was happy before he left and explained exactly what he had done. Excellent service that I would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services. 10/10 would absolutely use again and plan on it! Grey Duck is going to be my go-to for all my homes plumbing needs!

We’ve had a very bad experience. The people who came to evaluate our project were very nice but they have failed to provide us with an estimate despite several calls from us. We think we’ll have to find someone else. We had high hopes for this woman owned business.

Tina is an absolute wizard when it comes the the plumbing craft. She was incredibly professional and answered any questions I had. Her work is great, I had to call upon her to fix a burst pipe in my basement on short notice she was out and pipe fixed in a matter of hours. I can't recommend her enough to anyone who needs a skilled and professional plumber.

I did not find a $925 quote for a wax ring reasonable. Hopefully this this saves others the $69 service fee for an overpriced quote. Also, I fixed the issue myself for under $20 with a Danco seal and you tube video.

Dan has been an outstanding and professional plumber for all the jobs I've called him over to fix. As a new homeowner, it can be hard to find a quality professional who listens to what problems you have in the house, and then offer solutions. For example, I had a mystery sealed vent pipe in my house. The previous plumbers hardly listened to the problem, and just wanted to rip the wall down. However, when I called Dan, he listened to what the issue was, and then made a detailed walk through the house trying to eliminate all possibilities and come up with the best fix possible. After that great experience, it was a no-brainer to have Dan as a plumber. Not too long after the vent pipe repair, the water heater went out. After texting with Dan, he told me to call the Rheem for a free gas valve replacement as it was still under warranty. How many people would have done that? Great service and awesome quality that can't be beat!

Best plumbing team I've ever worked with! Tina and Greg are total pros, standing behind their work and doing the right thing for their customers!! They replaced some failing gate valves and outdoor spigots at my house - one of them was VERY tricky and they helped us avoid tearing into the wall! Tina also gave me an estimate for a couple of items that will need to be done in the future and I know who I'll be calling.

Gray Duck performed the plumbing needs in my kitchen remodel. The service was great. The service technician was personable, the work was completed in a timely manner, the plumbing under the sink looks neat and organized and the areas where the work occurred were thourghly cleaned up when the job was complete. Thanks for the excellent workmanship. I will use Gray Duck again when I have plumbing needs.

Greg was able to find the source of our shower leak, and provided reasonable options to address it. I really appreciated his ability to communicate, and his kind/ honest approach.

I cannot say enough good things about Gray Duck Plumbing. In about two hours, Dan had diagnosed the issue with my shower plumbing, examined all of the plumbing in my house, respectfully explained everything to me, fixed the shower, and had options laid out for the other impending upgrades. Dan even loved my dog!

They were very professional and punctual and did a very good job at explaining everything they were doing and took care of all our needs in a very timely fashion and we were very satisfied would recommend them to anyone

We recently purchased a house built int he late 1960's. The house had several plumbing projects that we knew about when we purchased it. So shortly after moving in, we began to look for a plumbing company.

Through some internet search and review reading - we decided to to call Gray Duck Plumbing. So glad we did! Dan came out and provided us with detailed estimates for all of the project - including options for us to consider for a few of them. After a thorough review of the estimates, the work entailed, prioritizing what to tackle first, the fun began. Dan began work that day and completed the more urgent projects with a second date to come out scheduled.

As to be expected, there were a few surprises along the way. Dan walked us through what he discovered and the options to fix it. Dan is honest, meticulous, thorough, and a genuinely nice human. Through his explanation of our projects, we also learned a great deal about the plumbing system in our home. this has helped us understand the plumbing system which will ultimately make us better home owners.

I'm honestly not sure how I can write enough thanks... I saw fantastic reviews for this company which is why I went with them for a project in our (new to us) home... Preface: we are new to the area, do not have any family / friends here and have had a handful of issues with said new house.. when I first called Grey Duck, the receptionist was patient and allowed me to express my situation, noting that the plumber would give ample time to help me figure out the problem and schedule a solution if possible. A week or so later, Neil came and his patient yet knowledgeable attitude was exactly what I needed. Like amazing Dad energy without any of the Dad drama. He didn't look down on me or make me feel small because I didn't know anything about plumbing but instead took the time to be educational. His kindness was worth more than the $ we shelled out to fix the issue. Thank you, Neil and Grey Duck - you've got a customer for life.

Dan came out to help me troubleshoot a garbage disposal that hadn't been working for a long time. He explained to me what could be the issues and how to handle them, treating this as an educational experience which I greatly appreciated. As a young homeowner I appreciate that Dan is willing to teach me basic skills for takimf care of the things in my home. For this specific issue, I was given quotes for multiple options of what to do and we ended up removing the garbage disposal instead of replacing it. Plan to use Gray Duck for any future plumbing needs.

Professional, prompt, and awesome! We had a side exterior faucet that was leaking inside and out, so we hadn't used it for a long time. Greg was amazing to work with! We really appreciated everything he did at our home, and highly recommend Gray Duck plumbing! Scheduling with Shelby was great, the detailed estimates for work options, and fair pricing, to name a few items. Greg first came out to fix a leaking exterior faucet, then we booked him to return and replace another. The cost was reasonable, his work and completion were above and beyond. He took time to explain our options, evaluated all of the plumbing in our home, and there was no high-pressure sales pitch like other companies have. The work was done in the timeline he provided, and he cleaned up everything really well. We will have Gray Duck return for future work. Thanks!

Very knowledgable, answered any and all questions, explained in a way I understood what was going on and showed me, gave me multiple options in choosing how to fix it. I received excellent service from Gray Duck Plumbing from scheduling my appointment to analyzing my plumbing issue then making sure I was satisfied with the problem resolution and work completed. There is a trip fee for the appointment which is applied to any work completed. I confidently recommend this business.

We had leaking toilet bowls at my place of employment. I told Maintenance to call Dan from Gray Duck Plumbing.
Dan was here the next day and not only completed the required repairs for the toilets, but he also fixed the water pressure problem in the sinks as well.

A word of mouth recommendation steered us to Dan and his team - we had the entire house gutted of its original 1957 pipes and replumed - he is amazing - kept us updated daily with pictures as the job progressed - the time he spent with us before , explaining the situation and the tour after completion was way more than we ever expected
