I couldn’t have asked for a quicker response time. I have a consistent issue with my mainline drain backing up. Started out just looking for an estimate to replace the my main drain line that keeps backing up and ending with getting a video and drain tech out to my property that same day to review the situation and clear out the blockage. Have used other companies in the past. With not always the best experiences. Called roto rooter. Service tech showed up within hours of making the appointment. They were straight forward with what needed to be done. Didn’t give me any run around with pricing or hidden fees. Didn’t charge more money even though it took over an hour. Can’t say how pleased with my service. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for honest service. Thanks

Had Dave return to clean my main sewer line which hadn’t been done in many years. Dave did a excelent job. Like previous drain cleaning he was again quick and efficient, knows his job well and recommend him to anyone who needs work done. Dave is A huge asset to the company and deserves a raise for his great work.

Thanks for clearing the sewer line. Had Bonfe out for estimate. $99 trip charge from Bonfe to tell me they wanted $2500 to clean out roots in my sewer line.
