Scott 4090 was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the issue I was having and got the job done in a timely manner. Scott was very respectful. I would recommend him to others.

From the time I called to Andrew showing up was only about an hour and a half — faster than most pizza deliveries! 🍕 He was super friendly, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He fixed the issue fast, explained everything in plain English, and even gave great tips for the future.

Scott came to fix my clogged toilet and was fast and reasonable. He also gave me tips on what to do for the future because it’s clogged often. He was kind respectful and didn’t leave a mess at all!! Thank you so much Scott for everything I’ll definitely recommend !!

Although I was disappointed when we were given a time from 2-4 pm and Scott didn't show up until after 8pm I was happy with his results. Showing us pictures as he went along. Trying to save me money since I'm a senior on a budget but it was so very expensive

Andrew answered concerns and questions and made the experience easy and quick and they are guaranteed for 6 months! A bit spendy but worth it. Their answering service picked up on a Sunday at 7pm so that was reassuring when you dont know what to do with water sewer backing up. I would recommend drain cleaning every few years

I had a back up in my main drain. Called these guys and they got a Technician out to me within a few hours. Scott was very experienced and knowledgeable. He explained things to me that made it easier for me to understand. he was unable to completely unclog the drain so he scheduled to have an another tech come out with a camera right away. with Scott’s help we were able to get our main drain cleaned and flushed within two days of the original service call.

We called Roto during our inspection period in selling our home.. they were able to come the very next morning! Andrew was very helpful and kind and did the work quickly, explaining things along the way (for a sewer clean out). We’re very impressed with the speed of service and getting on their calendar immediately!

My floor drain in the basement backed up around 5:00 pm in a Saturday. I called Roto-Rooter and they assured me someone be out within an hour. Upon arrival, the tech and the water damage specialist got right to work. They answered all my questions and gave great detail on what they did and next steps. The tech ensured a camera tech would get out there the same night. The camera tech was amazing as well, having me down there so I could see what he was seeing. He also explained everything to me and his recommendation for de-scaling the cast iron pipes so this doesn’t happen again. I worked with them two years before, and this level of service is why I chose to call them again for this same emergency.

Andrew was great. From the time we called to the time he showed up, it was only about 15 minutes which was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He did a great job explaining what happened with our water line and how he was going to fix it. Amazing service and timely.

I have used Roto Rooter a few years back and had a great experience. When I suspected a similar issue arising I felt I should get help before it turned into a not so pleasant task. The only downer was at this visit the techs found bad news. Can't be too upset about pipes, that are possibly original, when my house was built in 1927. The repairs will be expensive no way to work around that. The techs were polite, knowledgeable, honest, and respectful of my home.

I called the "other guys" first, HUGE mistake! Roto-Rooter was here within an hour of calling and completed the work in a very timely matter. They were knowledgeable, extremely nice, and provided me with a better sense of the problem and made me feel better that the work was done right this time. Will always call them FIRST if I ever have a plumbing issue again!

What an awesome experience with such a nice guy and he taught me a lot about drains. We clogged our sink/disposal/drain and it was easy and effortless to get it cleaned out, but the technician was so nice it made it really great. He also taught us all about how the drain works and stuff. Shocking to say a clogged drain ended up being a bright spot of the day!
