We have been AJ Albert’s loyal customers for 20 years having used just a few returning technicians. The last couple years Thatcher has been our regular trusted, hard working technician. He replumbed most all our bathroom sinks, had to access a couple jobs through drywall, repaired our outdoor irrigation line twice. He has even given quotes for a couple future jobs along with doing a once over of all appliances to observe any wear that needs attention. We are thankful for his knowledgeable skill and experience; and his happy and kind demeanor. Not just anybody is allowed to come into a home for repair. We find him as a friend who just happens to know how to do great plumbing work. Thanks Aj Albert’s for employing really good, skilled technicians and supporting them well.

I had a mysterious dripping sound which prompted my call to AJ Alberts. It was a challenging situation to navigate and we’ve had other folks try to solve the problem. I received a trusty and knowledgeable investigation and answer from Tyler. In addition, we were able to solve some other plumbing concerns and add a handicap accessible shower head. Tyler was informative and I feel confident understanding and navigating the plumbing systems in my home. AJ Alberts for the win! Thank you!

Setting up an appointment was easy, and the woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful! Thatcher was timely, clean, quiet, and respectful! He listened to all of our concerns and inspected thoroughly before making any suggestions, and then gave us an accurate price to fix the problems. Communicated very well throughout the process and was in and out quicker than we expected! Explained warranties, and gave us options to reach out in the future for other concerns that we may have.

Called AJ Alberts plumbing due to a leaking hot water heater. They got me scheduled the next day. After inspecting the hot water heater it was decided it needed to be replaced. They were able to do that for me during that initial visit. Ryan was the licensed plumber who came out to my home. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind. I deeply appreciated Ryan’s straightforward approach. He answered all my questions and provided some education along the way. I also deeply appreciated that he did not try to upsell me and or pressure me to purchase products or services that I did not inquire about. I look forward to utilizing AJ Alberts, plumbing again in the future.

Matt came on short notice, after we reached out to four other businesses, including Lowe's, who we couldn't even get in contact with. While we were able to get some good information from those who did come to take a look, either the price was too high or they were not able to get to us right away. Along came Matt, who gave us a great quote and was able to get right to it. Matt was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and constantly stated that he did not want to overwhelm or pressure us, which is all anyone needs to hear when they have a broken water heater. We even asked for a quote on a fix to our current water filter setup, which is a mess and he didn't give it to us until a little later so as to not overwhelm us on the cost of everything. We are grateful for the quick response and the great service!

Follow-up: Matt came about a week later to fix our poorly installed water filter (how it was when we moved in) and he did everything to ensure it was solid, stable, and safe. He even listened to every concern I had and made sure I was happy with it every step of the way. We will definitely keep Matt and A.J. Alberts Plumbing in mind for future needs!

Had service call for in-floor heating system. Was easy to schedule and prompt for the appointment window. James was helpful, pleasant, professional and efficient. He explained issue and repair to my husband.

I had been having trouble with a toilet over flowing at random times. The company was at my home within 24 hours. The technician, Thatcher, was professional and knowledgeable. I was given multiple options with price quotes so I could choose what worked best for me and my family. I would definitely recommend A.J. Alberts and use them again!

Let me just say… I really blew that thing up. We’re talking full-on, no-chance-it’s-recovering, “may God have mercy on this toilet” level. I was honestly considering moving out.

Then AJ showed up. Cool as can be, tech walked in, took one look, and said “Yeah, I’ve seen worse.” (How??) Ten minutes later, boom, everything’s flowing smoother than my morning coffee.

He fixed it fast, didn’t upsell me on anything ridiculous, and charged less than I expected. Five stars isn’t enough. AJ didn’t just unclog my pipes, he unclogged my soul.

I have never left a Google review before but after our experience with AJ Albert’s, I knew I had to let other people know how great they are. We had Jason come out to our home in Hudson, WI to give us options on how to improve our well water. Jason showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable and gave us an in depth water quality assessment. We decided to go ahead with having them install a sediment filter, iron filter, water softener and RO system. Jason was able to get us on the schedule quickly and he came back out with Ryan and Alex for the installation. They did phenomenal work and left our home cleaner than when they came. Truly impressed with AJ Albert’s and would recommend them!

We got a water softener installed by Ryan Glowacki with AJ Albert’s 10 months ago. Very pleased with results. We needed some help with a minor issue related to the softener this week. April in the office got us a same day appointment. Ryan showed up promptly. He made quick work of it and the fixes were covered under warranty. We cannot recommend this company (and Ryan!) more highly.

Matt showed up on time and ready to go. He was pleasant and friendly. We walked through the issues I wanted to address. He listened closely, answered my questions and provided his quotes for each. I agreed and he went to work on shutoff replacements for toilet supply line, furnace humidifier, and a flush valve replacement. He was very quick and thorough in his work. I appreciate his professionalism and his talent/experience to do a high quality job at a fair price. I highly recommend Matt and A.J. Alberts plumbing.
