Matt D did a great job at replacing the cartridges of the sink handles in my one bathroom and also replaced the shutoff valves to two bathroom sinks as they were stuck in the open position and also go shutoff valves of two other sinks working without damaging them or having to replace those as well. Professional. He explained what the problem was and provided estimate.

I had an excellent experience with AJ Alberts Plumbing! James came to re-hook up my faucet and fix a few leaks. He was very friendly and personable! He brought a few AJ Albert coffee mugs and treats for my dog. He was thorough and identified the issues, while explaining everything to me so I could understand the issues and why. Thank you James!

This was for an annual radiator tube-up. Technician arrived within the estimated time range. He explained what needed to be done and gave an estimated price. I agreed to have the work done right then. It seems to be a good job as far as I can tell. I’d call them again.

Very professional. Prompt. Didn't try to up-sell, or make unnecessary charges. Made suggestions about what I could do as a homeowner instead of charging me for services. We really liked them!

Matt and Alex did a get job installing the drain, vent and waterlines for our basement wet bar. They completed the work for a price and timeframe less than the quote. I highly recommend them!

After my 20 years old water heater took a dive, I had to make many calls around the Metro Area to find a company to replace mine. AJ Alberts was able to get a plumber out to me within a few hours. Matt D was my plumber, he quickly diagnosed the issues, gave me an estimate, and recommendations. I decided to go with AJ Alberts for the replacement service.

Matt came back the next day to install the new water heater. He was on time, efficient, and cleaned up the whole area. He installed the new water heater, replaced the copper hoses, and new pipes for the air vent.

Very happy with the service provided. You really do get what you paid for.

Matt D. and his apprentice were timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Although at our home to repair a small leak under the kitchen sink, their “whole house plumbing pre-inspection” (that appears to be included with their trip charge) revealed a more concerning water pressure issue. Matt took the time to explain the issue, pros/cons of addressing it now vs later, options/estimates to fix it, and education on how to monitor in case of a future issue. We opted to have all the work done same day since they were already there. During the sink drain leak repair, he and his apprentice also went the extra mile to adjust the position of a drainpipe under the sink that has always been “a little off” in order to ensure the repair was done right going forward. Very happy with their service!

Honest and educated on plumbing, including well and septic components and drain tile and sump pump systems. Ryan and Steve came out to help me with a few minor issues that had been bothersome over time. They resolved them and inspected all the other components of my plumbing and mechanical systems and gave me the green light that everything was in good order. So thankful to have a company that was able to give me educated explanation and instructions for future prevention of issues !

James came to fix the gas line to my oven and installed the new one. He was very nice and got the job done quickly and perfectly! Called for an appointment yesterday and today I'm good to go! Also got a couple of coffee mugs and some candy, made my day!

AJ Alberts is wonderful! Luca A arrived right on time, first thing in the morning, to replace our leaking hot water heater. He expertly diagnosed the problem, explained everything thoroughly, and did terrific work. We couldn't be happier!

Thatcher did an excellent job from the moment he arrived at our house. Highly informative and clearly articulated the problem while offering solutions. After comparing other companies/plumbers, we specifically chose Thatcher and AJ Alberts to replace our water heater. He arrived the next day and completed the entire project in a clean and timely manner. All of the pipe work and entire installation looks impeccable. He also took the time to explain how the machine works, what to look out for, etc. We are happy to have found Thatcher and AJ Alberts!

Had a great visit with Matt today. Not only did he find the leak in the tubing, but he also found a leak in the dishwasher itself. And unfortunately, it means having to replace the dishwasher, but we don’t have to worry about water leaking onto the flooring under the dishwasher. He also check the water pressure and adjusted that. It was a very nice visit and very informative.

Each and every worker was professional, prompt, and provided great plumbing service for our master shower remodel project. Needed a follow up tweak and James Walker was very knowledgeable, he identified and fixed it right away, super friendly, courteous and our Lab pups loved him too.
