Built my house in 2005. The quality I like the most is honesty. These guys are honest, fair and reliable. Carl, the owner, is an un-ashamed Cristian man that displays it personally and through his business ethics. I’ll never use a different business for my hvac needs.

Eldridge came out last year to run a new natural gas line to my furnace since my original in the walls was leaking. The guys were friendly and knowledgeable and the job looks very clean and professional. I’ll be having them out soon to replace my 22 year old condenser outside. They also had the most reasonable price by far in the area after having a couple of quotes done for the same job.

This company is Awesome! I had to have a new HVAC system put in. Carl the owner, is very personable, knowledgeable and cares about the costumer. Tim gave me my quote and answered my many many questions without making me feel stupid like some other companies do (Carl also answered many questions.). Carl and Tim didn’t push or try to talk me into a more expensive system or add on any unnecessary extras like some other companies do. The installers, Mark and Jeremy were very courteous and obviously knew what they were doing. They were careful to respect my home and not make a huge mess. They worked quickly and answered more of my questions along the way. Mark even told me I didn’t need to replace a certain part and saved me some money. Eldridge Services INC. made a stressful situation a lot less stressful!

After serving and nursing an old unit along, they went out of their way to quickly install a new unit when the old one of 20 years finally died. They gave an affordable price, responded quickly, and exceeded every expectation when completing the install. When we need help in the future, they will definitely be our first call.
