These folks are top quality. Last year one of my A/C units went out at the end of summer but it was too hot to wait until spring for repair. Another company told me I needed to replace my entire system. Called these guys to get a quote and they told me they didn’t think that was the case. They came and did a thorough diagnostic and offered me an option that saved me several thousand dollars. And this year during some of the hottest days when another unit went out, they showed up quicker than they estimated and again did a thorough check of everything and said it was something simple and got me up and running quickly. They will be my first call for HVAC issues from now on.

Have used Eldridge several times. Each time they have been fair and honest. A few years ago they recommended adding a few pounds of refrigerant to a 19 year old unit vrs buying a new unit. It got me through 2 more Memphis summers.
This year I was ready to replace it, My quote for a new A/C unit was reasonable and exact. No hidden cost.
The technicians showed up on schedule and prepared. They completed the unit replacement that day.
All staff have been very friendly and professional.
Will certainly use again.

Eldridge has the best service around. Strictly use them only after they fixed a leak last year that another company couldn’t figure out. Not only that but the tech texted me that night to check up on it and then came back the next day for no charge just to confirm that the leak was fixed. They schedule appointments quickly as well and their prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

So many HVAC companies these day see a problem and suggest putting in a whole new unit. Eldridge services has continued to service my old equipment and keep my family comfortable. Because they’ve been so honest with me over the years, when I finally do have to break down and buy a new unit, they will be my go to! Highly recommend.

I called Eldridge LLC on Thursday, they came out and gave me a price to fix my old unit and to install a unit. They installed the new unit the next day at a very fair price. Taylor and Alden did great job on the installation, very happy with the job.

I always choose their company because I personally know and trust people who are part of the company, and I know they are good, honest people. I have always been pleased with their work and use them for all my HVAC needs.

Excellent service and reasonable price for repairs. Skip the bigger companies and call Eldridge (ask them to send Brad)! He is knowledgeable and thorough (replaced blower motor and capacitor)… my system was up and running within a few hours! Both of the other companies I called tried to sell me brand new systems! I will definitely be using Eldridge for any future HVAC issues!

Back Comfortable in No Time! Mid June - on one of the hottest days, the AC went out completely.
I have been using another provider for years, but decided to switch it up and call Eldridge Services.
Although they weren’t able to come out same day ( I guess everyone got hit at the same time), they let me know that they could have a tech out first thing in the morning. The 2 techs, Ryan and Dalton, were amazing! They were kind, courteous and prompt! Within less than 15 mins, the A/C was back on, with the temps being in the upper 90s, we were overjoyed. With having an older unit, most companies tend to stray away from or push replacement; however, Ryan and Dalton assured me that age was no issue and that they would get it back on in no time. Which is exactly what they did! The repair cost was reasonable, they explained what happened, the part that needed to be replaced and why. They were very thorough in their explanation and answered all questions that I had - including future service(s) needed. They also drained and carried the portable AC unit upstairs for storage. Quite the gentlemen for sure! As a first time customer, I am highly impressed with the professionalism & workmanship provided; will certainly use Eldridge Services going forward.
