Not only was Farmer timely and efficient, he was the most budget friendly and professional. I shopped around with 5 other companies, but his was the best. My energy bill went from $240 down to $170. He's got my business from now on.

I have used these guys twice now. Both times they were able to get parts immediately and get the job done. Their prices are about half what the big companies charge and they go pick up parts instead of waiting for them to be shipped to them.
Kevin has been training his nephew for the past few years, and that kid (Nick) knows his stuff.

Gordon was super sweet for answering the phone after hours. He gave me some instructions for the thermostat on how to elevate the horrible humidity in the house. It worked! But he also showed up promptly the next morning to make sure the a/c was in order. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 5 thumbs up for efficiency and professionalism.

Kyle came earlier than expected, which was great. He was quick with the repair and now have a cold house.

Heat sensor went out after a little less than a year. They ordered the part and as soon as it came in they installed it the same day and the heat worked fine. Very courteous and respectful group of guys.

Tech arrived on time and worked quickly. He also pointed out solutions to a couple of problems. We have used this company for several years and have been well satisfied.

This was first experience with Comer Heating and Air. Alyssa sent me a proposal for a bi-annual preventative maintenance agreement and got Andrew out to my house with 30 minutes to start my first service.
