I was having problems with my air conditioner & Heater that several companies charged me a lot of money to try to fix. I am glad I called Ivey Mechanical, they fixed it right the first time. Now I have a preventative maintenance program with them and they keep me in good working order. Finally I can put that headache behind me! Thank you Ivey Mechanical!!

Awesome employees!!! Our daughter is 4 going on 5. She is autistic and nonverbal. She managed to get out of her school without any of her teachers knowing. She was headed across the parking lot and headed towards the road behind the school which has railroad tracks and deep ditches in that area. A Trane employee working in that area saw our daughter and caught her before she managed to get in the road. We are beyond thankful for this employee. I won’t post his name for his privacy but we want it known that we can not put into words how much we appreciate him.

Mike with comfort control is simply the best. My AC blower stopped working 2 hours before I was hosting a baby shower on a Sunday afternoon. He was prompt, kind, and was able to save the shower with the AC working! Can’t recommend enough!

I was not able to call, and their website's captcha wasn't working correctly, but I was able to send a request through BBB and Dawn responded within the hour. I had a tech come out the SAME DAY and diagnose the issue. The tech then came the next day and installed the part that needed replacing. Great service and very quick response. Will use them again.
