From the 1st initial appointment this team was professional, on time and very knowledgeable on the product and services that was provided. My heating unit is back up and running like new. My air condition stop working one night. The next day Done Right Heating & AC repairman came out and assessed the problem. Because of the age of my unit, i had to get a new unit. It was completed in a few days, the only wait was the parts. Now we are enjoying a cool house again. My furnace went out and I called him, Mr. Leshon Williams came out so fast. He figured out the problem fast showed me pictures of the problem, and quoted me a wonderful price in a timely matter. I would recommend him to anyone having heating or ac problems.

Leshon provided exceptional services. He went above and beyond to fit me in his schedule when my air conditioner wasn't cooling. He solved the issues, explained the why, and provided recommendations. He was fast, efficient, very professional, and thorough. I highly recommend his services!!!

The AC Company is one of the best professional company , I have seen in all my 25 years of Real Estate . One of my unit went out at my personal home and the owner discover the problem , went right to his truck put on the new part and my upstairs air was back working ! You will not be disappointed using this professional company !

Done Right Heating & Air did an excellent job for me. They were very prompt and at my home in the timeframe that I was given. I definitely recommend them when you have heating and cooling issues.

I contacted the number listed on Google and initially encountered an automated response that sounded like an AI interaction. After three attempts, I was finally able to speak with a representative.

During the conversation, I explained my situation and requested that he come out to provide an assessment. However, he was unable to give a specific timeframe for his availability. He quoted a fee of $200 for accessing the area beneath the house, to which I agreed. He mentioned that he would arrange for someone to follow up with me, but unfortunately, I did not receive any further communication.

I had the pleasure of having the owner himself to come out and service my home. Not only did he repair my heating issues, he put in a new thermostat that I like, and he displayed how concern he was because I didn’t have a carbon monoxide detector. He had one on hand and installed it. He certainly went above and beyond. Thank you!

My heat went out on my unit in our newly purchased home. Unbeknownst to us, the previous owner neglected the unit in the attic. Rust and decaying parts. Stress is the word. Call the home protection we purchased and was denied. Done Right told me not to worry, that he will make it right for me. They gave me a price that I thought was absolutely affordable. I can't. Thank them enough for explaining every step if the way. I recommend and will recommend them for any and all future work.

When I tell you, this is what exceptional customer service looks like! Especially for me to contact him at the last minute and he was here within a hour and my Ac was Fixed by the next 30 minutes!! The owner was very professional, helpful and kept an open line of communication. He diagnosed my problem and had my new furnace and thermostat installed within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

I was without air for 3 WEEKS, going through different techs saying they could fix my unit. Not until Done Right, LLC. came along and took care of me within the day!! It would've been within a couple of hours if it didn't storm, but they were back at it as soon as it was clear out! Mr. Williams and his team truly have the perfect name because this company actually gets the job "Done Right"!!

I was very impressed by this service. I am an HVAC certified engineer and can see they know their stuff. I called needing some help at noon. He had his crew here to start work at 6:00 and had the whole system changed out that night. They were willing to work through some special needs. They were also able to quote over the phone with pictures. Later in the week, I got calls back from the other companies. One other company wanted to charge $90 just to come later in the week to give me an estimate. The other companies wanted to charge $1000 more for the same installation. Too late. Name says it all. Done right. Perhaps it should also say done fast and done for the right price.
