Worst people to work with. Very unprofessional. Will delay the repair on purpose. They don't even deserve 1 star. Do your self a favor and hire someone else who has some honesty and dedication towards their job. I have called them multiple times and no response. It appears owner has 5 different businesses and clearly customers are at loss.

I had to wait 2 days for service. I could live with that since this is their busy season. I have AHS and paid my deductible of $145. The tech said my coils needed cleaning and that would cost an additional $107. Which we paid. Within 2 hours of him leaving my unit died. It had been running and cooling up to that point, it just made a loud noise. I have Lupus and cannot get hot. So we had scheduled the service when we heard the noise. We were trying to not have our unit go out. I called Climate King to see if they could come back out. I was told by a very rude receptionist that their schedule was already full and they didn't know when they would be able to come back. I explained that I had Lupus and needed my unit fixed. She could not have cared less. I was told I had to go back through AHS and have a second service call set up. AHS thankfully waived the second deductible and set me up immediately with another company. I was very disappointed in the service we received from Climate King. I will NEVER use them again and I advise anyone else to avoid them. If they don't like working for home owner warranty companies then they shouldn't contract with them.

Climate King was so professional from the very beginning. They are timely, responsive & truthful. The service technician sent out for this appointment was superior. He was knowledgeable, patient, clearly explained the situation and what it would take to fix the problem, and he was punctual - he came, he analyzed, he conquered!

The fastest, friendliest service around. I would recommend them to everyone I know. They are very knowledgeable about their work, and they take their job serious. Don’t wait to book the best service in Mississippi.

Andrew and Mike did a great job getting my system up and going. They were both pleasant and knowledgable. They were able to immediately diagnose the issue and get the part ordered for repair.

Logan was great. Very responsive and really helped us out in a jam. Without exaggerating, our upstairs A/C unit went out and needed to be replaced. Climate King had the new unit delivered and installed/cooling within 24 hours of me first contacting them. Superb!

They charge me $ 3700.00 on Top of what my warranty charged and still have not gotten an invoice show what the money went for they just say modification and will not show me what modifications they did. Becareful dealing with them they will get in your pocket. Im not ok with this

My home warranty contracted Climate King for AC services. They came out twice and couldn’t fix my AC problem. Another company was hired and immediately fixed the issue. Also i was quoted an estimate by a Climate King technician for additional parts the quote wasn’t necessary to fix my problem. Hire at your own risk.

Tech Shun Spells arrived promptly after call. Assessed the unit and quickly found out that it needed a part. The part was replaced at the visit quickly and now the unit is working perfectly. We are cool and comfortable. Thank you

First I will never refer anyone to Climate King. It took them two week to handle my problems. And was very very rude about it. I told them my husband was disabled and couldn’t handle the heat but it did matter to them. It didn’t not chance anything. So we suffered two weeks in heat and I mean 89 degrees weather. I had to go but fans to try and help keep it cool. But it didn’t help.
No I will never use them again. And I and givin them a bad review.

They were quick to respond to my service request, professional and knowledgeable. From my initial contact with Jessica to the tech Andrew G. it was pleasure. He fixed the problem quickly and had the house cool in a few hours. Highly recommend.

If I could give a zero I would. This company is the worst ever. When I first moved into my home, I noticed that airflow in my home was not even climate can come out and I was told that they would reroute the ductwork come to find out after being charged right at $4000. They just re-wrapped the duck work with insulation , then using warranty they did an install of a ac unit in my home. 1st they forgot to place drain pan which resulted in damage to my ceiling in my home, then they didn’t connect one heat element. On installing the AC unit there is a duck line that Goes behind the unit that is capped off where air is just sitting. They used a tape to connect parts to the AC unit which has been leaking in my attic for a while, causing excessively high electric bills. By me having a home warranty company, I have been forced to reuse this company. They have come back out, but has not sent a diagnosis to the home warranty company or to me. After talking to several other companies, I was informed that the company has a set price and the technician can add onto that price for his fees. I honestly feel this company is ripping Customers off! I have left several messages for the owner with no return call. And by the way, the owner is in another state. I would not recommend this company at all!!!!

Update…. in February of this year this company sent their supervisor out. I was given an estimate of $800 and last week they sent the same Supervisor out and he gave another estimate again of the same work for $1400 so almost doubling price on customers. This supervisor has failed to send diagnosis to my home warranty company after five attempts from them. I have also called myself three times. I have had three different companies to come out on my own to look at my unit and every company has stated horrible install embarrassing to the trade! I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau!

I was able to schedule with FAH Warranty . I am grateful Climate King arrived when they did and diagnosed the problem. The repair would’ve happened sooner but I have an older unit so the part had to ordered. I think I could’ve requested overnight delivery but it still came within 4 business days. Technician Rachard was friendly and knowledgeable. Having the ability to text and track arrival time helped get things moving. Thanks Climate King
