I was very pleased with my experience with McInvale. From the lady who took my initial phone call to the technician who came to my house. I would highly recommend them for any of your heating and air needs!

Excellent service. Thank you Bryce for coming out to check my air conditioning unit. I had spent a few hot nights in this house until I finally called a friend for a recommendation. She said that McInvale had done many repairs for her office air conditioning needs. Now, everything is working the way that it should. I will definitely use this company for my yearly service checks as I would like to keep my air conditioning in good working order. I highly recommend this company to help you keep your air conditioner running throughout the hot Mississippi summer.

Summary: I was very impressed with the honestly, integrity, and transparency of this company.

Issue: My Generac home generator was leaking and the company that installed it went out of business. I called several preferred providers and the interaction with McInvale stood out.

They were very professional and polite on the phone so I scheduled an appointment. The Tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed what I suspected. The parts were on back-order and they took a while to arrive during the holidays. The repair was scheduled and completed by the Tech with minimal down time.

It's been over a year and the generator runs perfect with no leaks.

They said 90% of their business comes from referrals. Pricing is similar to other HVAC and plumbing companies: service call charge, hourly labor, and parts. It can get cost prohibitive but they do offer service plans to lower the cost 15-20% if they perform multiple services at once. In my case, the cost was fully covered under my Generac extended zero deductible 10 year warranty, so there was no out of pocket expense.

After the positive experience, I contracted them to flush and condition my tank-less water heater. I watched and confirmed the service was performed correctly and didn't make a mess. I was amazed how much gunk was in the heater after 18 months.

Overall, I recommend this company for generator service and water heater service. If I use them for anything else, I'll update the review.

Great scheduled maintenance appointment setup & text notification updates. Technician Christian Johnson called prior to arrival as promised via text message about appointment. Christian notified me at each stage of maintenance and also left a box of filters. Overall very professional technician.

Johnathan is very interesting to talk. He knows what he is doing and goes about his job. And completes in a timely manner. I wish all service men were as nice and courteous as he is.

I sent a text yesterday to schedule maintenance and we were able to receive an appointment today! Our technician, Christian Johnson, did a superb job at explaining everything he needed to do and then showed pictures of the condition of each item. He was super courteous and worked quickly. And my toy poodle didn’t scare him away! Thanks for making sure we stay cool!

Zach B. was my tech today. He begin by calling first to check with me, see if it was ok to come a little early, confirm my service needs & explained any fees.

After arriving, he went over options & ensured I knew everything he was doing throughout the process.

Before leaving, he educated me on the results, cleaned up, asked if I had questions & checked that I was pleased with his work.

Zach is the man! I’ll be requesting him if I have any future plumbing concerns.

Zach B. was helpful and informative. He found our old leaking problem without invasive measures due to his extensive knowledge.

Earlier today, Benjamin and Jay installed a new water heater. They had to remove our attic steps to install the new tank. Not one complaint from them and cleaned up as if they were never there. Courteous and friendly.
