Honest, knowledgeable tech came to our home. It was a very positive experience. He was unable to find the leak so a higher level of detection will be required. I would definitely use this group again for a variety of services.

Steven Tollison was professional and courteous. He completed the check-up on our furnaces in a timely manner, and reviewed Confortech's service membership with me. It was a pleasure to do business with him and Comfortech.

Our service technician was really great! His name is Christian Johnson! He was reliable, explained everything well, very nice and thoughtful! I even got a package and he handed it to me!

Zach B was an amazing serviceman! Was speedy, reliable, understanding, and 1000% helpful throughout the entire cleaning and diagnostic process! Will definitely be using Comfortech again and will be requesting Zach B specifically next time!!!

I was given a time block of 12-4pm. Technician didn’t show up until after 5.

He gave me a quote for $1,900 to replace a furnace inducer motor. When I questioned him about the price, he said, actually that’s a worst case scenario and it may only be like $1,200. Then he sent me a quote for $6,000.

I called another company who came out the same day and repaired it after hours for $600.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with company and I should have learned my lesson by now. I will NEVER use Comfortech again.

I've been a Comfortech customer for approximately 50 years. Yes, 50. Almost all of the technicians have made a positive impression, but none could match Steve Tollison. For some time we have had concerns about moisture in the basement, particularly beneath an addition we made about 25 years ago. A few weeks ago our termite inspector told me that moisture levels were dangerous, and that most of the moisture appeared to be dripping off the HVAC ductwork. I called you and you sent out a good man, but he apparently lacked the experience to make a complex analysis. Then Steve arrived, and I cannot tell you just how impressed I was with his demeanor, his intelligence, his way of describing complex issues clearly and briefly, and his obvious depth of experience with those issues. You immediately addressed one of the circulation issues, and then, as Steve had advised, referred me to MidSouth Crawlspace. Finally I am relieved to know that a recurring problem will be solved. Thank you, Comfortech, and especially Steve Tollison.

Mr. Steven Tollison was very professional. He answered every question and concern that I had. He even came out in a snow storm to fix my unit that had frozen up. I truly appreciate him and Comfortech.

Tee came for a service appointment on November 14, 2025. He was a very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly gentleman who was very thorough in looking over everything. I felt more than satisfied with his maintenance work. He also explained matters well and clearly and informed me of several beneficial offers Comfortech has for its customers. He’s a good man to have representing your company.

Comfortech was amazing. I had a sudden leak behind my shower and when everyone else said they couldn't see me until the next week, Comfortech said they could handle it that night. Zach Blackwell was the tech and he was absolutely amazing! He called and said he had finished his other jobs early and said he could come right over. He explained everything he was doing and told me ways to prevent this from happening again in the future. 10/10 for customer service!

Today ComforTech sent out the best HVAC Technician I have EVER met! Mr. Jonathan Howerton was very knowledgeable and detailed. He explained the issues with my AC System and ductwork! He was personable and very professional. I appreciated his honesty in regard to what needs to be done to correct the issues with my systems. I’m going to request him every time!

I had a new themostat installed. It was overpriced, and the tech said it could be controlled from a phone. Not true! The A/C works now, but I didn’t get what I paid for. Also, the tech was extremely late, and he wasted so much time trying to sell me a maintenance plan. I was impressed with how quickly he got the unit going, but he lied to me about the themostat having WiFi.
