Orby responded to our service call very quickly. He found the problem within minutes and took care of the issue. He was friendly and explained what he had done. He is an excellent technician who takes pride in his work and represents Dent very well.

If you call you about an issue fix the issue. Don't force things that I don't ask for down my throat. All I needed was one pipe replaced to fix a leaking sink and they wanted to charge me 700$ when they couldn't even find a leak. Wow.

Orby was very professional and explained the process and testing he preformed with replacing the switch on the heating unit.

Had a busted water main on a Sunday and we needed a repair quick. Dent A/C, heating and plumbing did not disappoint. I was extremely happy when they said someone would be heading our way soon. Mr Aaron was polite, courteous, and professional. He taught me some things about plumbing I didn’t know and assessed some other issues that were going to cause big problems later on.
