I just had my maintenance visit from Christian Johnson....and it was a pleasure!!! He is a very well mannered young man, and he was very knowledgeable about his job!!! He was here when he said he would be, answered all my questions, asked me questions....and he didn't drag his feet!!! He got in here, did his thing and was gone in a timely manner!!!
I really appreciate this young man and the company!!!
Please continue to hire more good people like Christian!!!!

Christian Johnson came out today for my Maintenance. He was very respectful and kind. And very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well to my understanding. That's an A+. I would like him to come again next visit.

On Monday December 8. 2025 I Requested Service on my gas log in my fire place . Christian Jonhnson promptly arrived. Chris was very courteous and professional. Great Guy!! I am not satisfied with your service, however because I was informed that upon Chris's arrival that Comfortech did not work on gas logs or free standing heaters. I specifically requested service on a gas log heater in my fire place when I requested your service. I was charged a $90.00 service for Chris to come to my House to tell me that they did not work on gas logs. I paid the Service Charge however I am undecided as to if I will continue to use the services of Comfortech. It is my opinion that the $90.00 Service Charge should be refunded as no service was rendered.

Christian Johnson came out this morning to service our unit and did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took his time checking everything. He also checked our additional unit to insure it was in good shape.
We appreciate how thorough he is each time he checks our unit. He is very friendly and courteous.

My service call included both HVAC and plumbing. Zach, Jonathan, and Charles did a great job explaining the current state of my equipment as well as recommended courses of action. They were all very patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They worked with me to set up a plan that fits my budget with no pressure to purchase! I greatly appreciate their excellent service!

I received a call from Comfort Tech as I do every couple of months or so to have my HVAC unit checked. Christian Johnson came out within 40 minutes! He did a very thorough job checking our system and offering recommendations. He even took photos and videos of our attic unit so we could get a clear understanding of what he was talking about. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of our time. We are happy with the service Christian provided today.

Just had a wonderful experience with Christian Johnson from Comfortech. We have a membership with
Comfortech, and were due for water heater maintenance. Mr. Johnson completed the work and spent time showing me pictures and educating me on repairs/upgrades recommended for our system. He was friendly and professional.

This week my confidence in Comfortech was restored by Steven Tollison and Elliot Wallace who provided a seasonal service on HVAC units at two different properties. I have had PREVIOUS appointments confirmed where the tech either didn't show up or called well outside of the service window to say they were en route after I had spent a significant amount of time away from work to honor the block of time I had agreed to for the service to be done. For these separate services, both Steven and Elliot - respectively - were prompt, professional, and personable. I appreciate them both for their timeliness and the quick follow up after the service to share that the units at these properties are good to go until the next scheduled service. Thanks to you both!

I must tell you that Christian Johnson was at my home this morning. He was very cleanly dressed, nice, and thorough. He let me know was working properly and what needs work. I was able to get a quick appointment for the things that needed fixing.

Toiwarn is an excellent employee for Comfortech Service Experts. He instantly knew the problem at hand pertaining to why the air in the house was not circulating/working properly in a matter of 5 to 10 minutes. Everything is now in order and I appreciate the thoroughness he took to make sure everything is in working order. Hands down one of the best HVAC companies along with their diligent employees any homeowner could ask for. Thank you guys for your dedicated service and keep up the amazing work.

Many thanks to Clyde Duncan! He was professional, attentive, and determined to do what he could for my shower and water heater issues, plus provided thorough next steps to consider. I’d recommend his service to others and the company based off this experience.

I’m so disappointed in the work of Dent. They didn’t repair a wall they tore out. They didn’t fix a toilet I asked to have repaired. (Probably for the best) No caulk around the work to seal it up. A faucet more than a half inch off the wall. The plumber told me to call someone to fix the wall. They left a mess every time they fixed something.

I have an new air conditioner they installed. But, I regret it.

I gave them several thousand dollars this year. I thought I was going with a reputable company. I thought wrong.

Aaron showed up promptly on Sunday for an emergency repair of an outside water pipe that had burst. He was very courteous and professional, and sealed off the pipe but said it would be a lot more expensive to re-install the faucet.

The technician was on time and very professional. I disagreed with his assessment of what was going on with my plumbing issue, particularly his claim I didn't have a vent installed. Okay I went with his recommendation of accessing the pipe and potentially the blockage that way. He performed a cleansing service with a powered unit. He reassembled everything and ran the water and it seemed to be draining. In fact this didn't solve or even lessen the problem. The first time I washed dishes, the water backed up through the washer connector and a leak sprung from the washer drain (something new). This visit was a complete waste of time and money.

Edit: 10/4/2025 I called a second plumber who properly cleared the drain and got everything working. The plumber told me that whoever came before had not properly cabled the line.

Chance Jacobsen, technician, investigated an AC issue at my residence. He was very professional, friendly and provided multiple options to resolve lack of air cooling issues. I am very appreciative of him changing the air filter and sealing a small section of return to AC. He made me aware of Dent’s membership plan ( great ideal to keep unit maintained). I would recommend Dent/Chance for any HVAC issues. Thank you Chance for your recommendation/advice and awareness.

Quick, timely, professional, and an overall great experience. Aaron was great and did an excellent job explaining everything along the way!

Aaron was so helpful! He took all the steps needed to rebuild our toilet plus a few more. He then listened to other questions and concerns and addressed them. He even did an inspection to make sure this fixed our leak notification.

Garrett came out to assess a major water leak at my mother’s house. She was scheduled to have spinal surgery in two days, and was looking at being without water. He adjusted his schedule and quickly got her water fixed so that she could recover without added stress. So kind, so helpful. Truly a blessing!

Aaron was incredibly knowledge and friendly. We had a couple unexpected issues but he dealt with them promptly and offered multiple solutions. I'll be using Dent for all my plumbing needs!

Garrett looked at my water heater and restarted the pilot light. He advised me of the various options available to replace my gas water heater and answered my questions. He was very polite and professional.

Garrett Flowers was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to explain all of my different options to my plumbing problem. He made sure I was well informed throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything that he did, will highly recommend
