Mr. Rachard Burks came out this morning and installed an AC unit. I just want to say he was an amazing man. Hard worker. Didn't stop till the job was done. His attitude was great. He was all smiles and he was very knowledgeable about his work. Any questions and concern I may have had, he answered them, and i were very satisfied and pleased with them. His timing was perfect. All the years i was with ahs, and dealing with climate king i will honestly say he was the best I've ever worked with and truly recommend him to anyone. Keep up the great work Rachard Burks...

Andrew was very efficient. I was running a few minutes behind and when I arrived he had already diagnosed and resolved the issue. I have air again!

the techs were very nice and did find a broken wire, but i was still having intermittent issues with my heat pump, the service is still ongoing so we will see how things work out

Andrew was very thorough. He got here at 10:10 and left at 12:30. He checked outside and in the attic. He doesn’t know if he fixed it but said give it a try and call back if necessary.

I recently had to deal with the unfortunate situation of my air conditioning unit failing, and let me tell you, nobody is happy when that happens—especially in the middle of a heatwave. Fortunately, Climate King LLC was there to help. They responded quickly, coming out as soon as they could to perform a diagnostic on my unit.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process much easier. After diagnosing the issue, they promptly replaced the unit, which I greatly appreciated.

Just when I thought everything was back to normal, I experienced another issue with the system. It was a frustrating moment, especially with temperatures soaring into the 90s, but Climate King came to the rescue once again. They dispatched a technician quickly, and within a few days, the problem was resolved. It felt like an eternity in that heat, but their quick response made all the difference.

Horrible experience. $110 an hour for service and then you spend the first hour just standing around and didn't even address the issue. Would not recommend

The tech came the following day as called. He wore a mask and gloves and was very respectful of our napping baby. Reasonably priced.

This is a great company, fast service and very friendly. There tech Ricky is always polite, cleans up his mess and does the best job possible.
