I have been dealing with A/C issues since I moved into this rental, which was months ago. My landlord sent about 6 or 7 different men to my home and neither one of them did nothing. Me and my family had to suffer in the heat for months. I had to find someone myself to get it done and DONE RIGHT. I ended up finding Mr. Lashon and his crew had the job done in no time; him and his crew’s work was very professional from start to finish. They had a passion for their services and cared. After my AC unit stopped working, my Home Warranty had Done Right Heating &AC contracted to do the work. From start to finish very professional and informative throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. The young men that installed my new unit were here on time and worked in a professional manner. I had returned from a trip from Texas only to find out my AC went out over the weekend. My house was reading 92 degrees. I googled local HVAC contractors and ran across Done Right Heating and AC. Filled out online form for a quote and he called within minutes. Explained my issue over the phone. He was able to come out the same day to troubleshoot my issue. He explained that my motor wasn’t working as it should which caused my lines to freeze. Not only did he explain what happened but he also provided options and solutions. He said that I had an older system that parts were hard to come find but he would try to find it. He also gave me to option of a brand new unit with financing. He even provided the financing resources if needed. I decided on the brand new system since it’s the original system since 05. He stayed in touch every step of the way during the install. New system works very efficiently. Very professional! High quality work! Very Responsive! Support, support, support! He has mine and will be my HVAC guy going forward.

Came home at 11pm to no air after working all day. We called Mr. Lashing early the next day diagnosed the problem and found out about our warranty the same day. The next morning our air was back on flowing great. He even called the next day to make sure everything was working properly.
