I felt as though the technician service was good however when dealing with the “modifications “ that I was told was not needed by another trusted company. Based off of a very good friend who has an AC company he looked at the issue and stated the cost for modifications was way over priced. They did come down from $1330 to $358 which he and I felt was still excessive. I will not be using them in the future.

Andrew was friendly and professional. He found the issue and corrected it immediately.

Shun from Climate King came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with my central heating. He replaced the part and the heat is working fine now. Shun was very courteous, quick and thorough. I appreciate how quickly they got my unit heating again!

Rachard was absolutely the best.
Yes he was on time, very pleasant and very eased my mind about my a/c unit.
He is knowledgeable and very conscientious about his job.

While they are a very busy, but that's to be understood - it is summer time. It just makes sense that all home unit go out in the summer at the same! So be prepared for response time.

They did not have to, but they considered the urgency of our situation and immediately took action. They were diligent, professional and helpful through this trying time. To tell you the truth, I am rather embarrassed 😳. My unit was not working last night and yet when Rachard came to my house the unit was working.

He did cycle the unit on and off several times to make sure the unit functioned. He did take photos, and said he saw a couple if thing's but without the unit malfunctioning he would not be able to order anything that may not be working.

He told me I had 30 days to call back if the unit messed up again.

He was very curtious, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Technician Andrew Galloway was very professional and polite. Found the problem with my AC, fixed it and explained what was wrong, also showed the part he replaced. I would definitely recommend him.

Climate King came out to our residence on Tuesday to service our A/C so that it may blow cooler air. Unfortunately, the A/C stopped working Thursday morning. We called again to send someone out to check the unit and they promptly sent someone out on Friday. The technician resolved the problem and now the A/C is back up and blowing cooler air.

Great employees and customer service. We had an issue late Friday night and they came by Saturday morning to fix it. I definitely would recommend Climate King.

12 hour window with a 2 week out appointment that happens the day after the scheduled appointment and it’s still hot in here. Maybe Climate King LLC could set a brand standard for professionalism when hiring their contractors
