On March 20, 2025 Comfort Control installed a new heating system to replace a 30 year old system that had seen better days! It had caused me some problems earlier in the 2024/2025 winter period and Comfort Control was able to patch it up and keep it going for an unknown period of time. Since the system was so old and not as efficient as modern ones I decide to spend future parts replacement dollars on a new, more efficient system. Since Comfort Control was able to keep the old system going for the time being I decided to delay instillation of the new system until later in the Spring after it warmed up some.
Before I returned home from an extended out of town trip I contacted CC and we set up a date for installation of the new system when I got back. Mike Summerhill and his crew arrived at approx. 8:30 am as previously scheduled and started to work, removing the old furnace, preparations for the new system, and then installation and checking out proper operation of the new heating system. By 3:30 pm the installation had been completed and checked out. The Comfort Control crew are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
I have done business with Comfort Control on several occasions over the past almost three and 1/2 years, including A/C replacement and a previous problem with the heating system. Every time Comfort Control has responded promptly and accomplished the required trouble shooting, in one case quite significantly to sort out the cause of the problem. I have always been quite pleased with doing business with Comfort Control and with Mike Summerhill as he has never tried to oversell me, been quite reasonable on his prices, and has always been right there when I had any problem with either the heating A/C systems or hot water system. I highly recommend using Comfort Control for all of your HVAC needs.

We could not have asked for a better HVAC partner. All work was done efficiently. They came twice, once to setup the outside unit and then they came and installed and charged the cooling unit. Smart! I think they actually spent less time splitting the work over 2 days and the weather was absolutely on our side. Good job!

Mike, owner Comfort Control, gave us an analysis of our heating and cooling needs for two unit systems with special interest on quietness and air exhausts for units. The Trane units placed are excellent in both respects. Installation in hard to reach areas and working in 3 level home was handled with care and gentleness. Mike was a life saver .. I had called 3 other people on a Friday afternoon for help in figuring out if my unit was under warranty. He was the only one that took the time to help. He also went out of his way to come by my house after hours to see what I needed to replace the heater. All of this and he did not even know if he would get the job because I had a home warranty on my house. He did get the job and within 48 hours was installing a new unit at my house. I would highly recommend him to everyone.

Comfort Control stepped up in June 2022 and replaced both of our HVAC systems after we had been without any a/c for more than a month. They did an outstanding job in all facets. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing as always. My fall inspection and routine maintenance was very thorough. These guys are definitely the best around. From the team behind the scenes at the office to the technicians that come out they are who you want to look after your heating and a/c.

Josh came today to service 2 units. He cleaned & serviced the units .. better than ever, seriously! Energetic young man with knowledge to take care of the business. One unit wasn’t cooling & after checking connections, determined that Freon was needed. Another tech came and loaded 2 lbs of Freon and the unit is working perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!

My air stopped working either late Friday night or early Sat morning. I called and got the after hours services early sat morning at like at 6:37 am. They called back in a timely manner and got my air working before 9:45 am. Mick was such a professional and knowledgeable. The work was done and the price was reasonable. I will be recommending and using them in the future.
