Comfort Control has provided A/c & heating service to our home for many years. They are quick to respond and are professional.

Comfort Control did a great job on repairing my air conditioner on a very hot Saturday morning. The communication was great and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. The Tech asked for my approval before completing any work and there were no surprises. Also, the Tech was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. In the future, I will definitely call Comfort Control first!

I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years. They are honest, reliable and always prompt with their service. Mike explains everything very well and doesn't try to charge for things that are not necessary. They pay attention to details and pricing is fair. I wouldn't do business with any other HVAC company!! Employees have been there for a long time so it must be a great place to work.

This company’s customer service was superior from the top to the bottom.The owner, Mike, responded to my call immediately and had two professional, knowledgeable, young men on the job. They had me up and running in no time. I had to make a call to the office and Dawn was friendly, helpful and answered my question quickly. I highly recommend this company.

I bought a Variable Speed AC from Comfort Control on 6-25-25. (Once you have had a Variable Speed you will NEVER be completely happy with a normal AC!) This is my third one (different homes). Mike Summerhill, owner, is sooo honest, respectful & has treated me as though I were his only client, yet he works almost non-stop. With a Variable Speed (the most sophisticated AC you can buy) usually there must be a trip or so to fine-tune these units. They run so quietly you don’t notice they’re on! Ryan Roper came this morning to “tweat” a damper. He also treats you just like Mike treats you. I’ve found that, invariably, the traits of a business owner trickles down to all of his employees. I’m sorry for taking up so much of your time, but all of you need to know this about Comfort Control. They are unlike all other AC companies. Buying from this company will be one of your best & wise investments of your lifetime!

I was well pleased with this company. The service tech, Chrishard Chase, was very professional. He explained the problem and what it would take to fix it and did an excellent job! He did work to two different units and installed a smart thermostat for a very reasonable price!! I highly recommend Comfort Control!

With the hot temperatures outside, I wasn't happy with the temperature inside my home so I called Done Right and we talked about the issue and he came out as promised. When I say, he talks to you like you've already met. Really friendly and he explains to you what the problem is and any future problems that might come up. I'm happy with my service and I highly recommend calling Done Right because the ease of knowing you have someone that take his job serious, is the ease of knowing it will be done right. HIGHLY recommend!! Leshon and his team were transparent and honest. Answered call same day and came out to complete the job the next day. Answered all my questions and went the extra mile to repair flooring that was water damaged before installing new unit. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing!!

Mr Williams came out look at my air and fixed it the same day. My home insurance gave me problems when it was time to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable during the visit. Don’t hesitate to call LaShawn at Done Right Heating and Air. I can’t put into words what this man and his company did for us. He dealt with our home warranty company sending him an after market part that didn’t fit, but he followed up and made sure they corrected their mistake by getting them to send an original manufacture’s part. Once that was fixed I hired him to service all three of our heat and air units. That was done timely and at a more than reasonable price! Lashawn communicated with us all through the process and always showed up when he said he would. His company name says it all, DONE RIGHT. Call him, you will be very pleased!!
