WOW!! I am totally floored by what a great job this company did for us. We had part of an enormous tree split and come down on a Sunday. I called Paul with no idea what to expect and we were very stressed out. He was friendly and communicated well through the whole process. The price they gave us was very competitive. They attempted to come out on Tuesday, but we had freak thunderstorms that didn’t make things safe for the crew to work in, which was totally understandable. They came out immediately the following day and had the whole tree (both sides) down in around four hours and completely hauled away. You wouldn’t even know they were here if not for the stump. It was a delicate job, too, since the partial tree fell right between our and our neighbor’s house. I am so impressed with this company’s professionalism and work. I will definitely call them again when we need tree work. They made the process so seamless and easy!

So my wife and I decide to take a romantic trip to France—baguettes, berets, the whole thing. Naturally, while we’re gone, a 50-foot behemoth of a tree decides it’s the perfect time to swan dive onto our house. I’m talking a lumberjack’s dream, a tree so big it probably had its own zip code.

Miraculously, the house was still standing. Probably out of sheer confusion.

I called Happy Lemon Tree from across the ocean, expecting voicemail purgatory. Instead, they picked up, gave me a quote within a couple of hours, and I shot it over to insurance faster than I downed wine in Paris. The very next day—bam—tree gone, yard cleaned, house breathing a sigh of relief.

But here’s the real miracle: they managed to deal with my neighbor (a woman who once called the fire department because someone grilled too close to her begonias). Not only did they talk to her, they didn’t flee the property. That alone deserves a standing ovation.

Quick, professional, and clearly brave—Happy Lemon Tree lived up to the name. Would absolutely call again... though I hope I never have to.

Paul and the crew at Happy Lemon did an amazingly thorough, efficient, and difficult job at my house cleaning up massive storm debris. Paul was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. He even took extra time out of his schedule to come take a look at a second area of concern all while being reasonably priced for such high quality work. We recently had two very large trees removed from our property, and I cannot recommend this company enough! From start to finish, the crew was professional, efficient, and incredibly skilled. They showed up on time, worked safely and carefully around our home, and had the trees down much quicker than I expected.

Absolutely incredible work. We have a 70 year old oak tree that needed trimmed and pruned.

I called Happy Lemon to provide an estimate and they showed up when they said they would, quoted the service, and had their crew to our house an hour later after we decided to move forward.

They completed the service with precision and cleaned up debris like they were never there, and the whole project took just over an hour.

Very professional. Highly recommend.

EDIT: The owner knocked on my door and told me this is a ridiculous review, told me MY yard is a mess, and to never call them. He didn't care that his employee repeatedly called me a liar. Their response below is so silly. I know they were working for a neighbor (my review even states that!); and anyone would be annoyed after being repeatedly called a liar after realizing their back gate was open during the course of tree removal, while workers are in their yard (not the yard they were working in). Again, the gate was closed at 8 a.m. when they arrived and was opened while they were there. A ghost didn't do it. They also edited their response to me below, to remove the part about THEM coming back onto my property, knocking on my door, and saying I was angry with them.

These guys are incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I am appalled at the lack of accountability of this crew.

This company performed work at my neighbor's house on a tree on the opposite side of their backyard. The tree service arrived just before 8 a.m., and I took my dogs outside immediately after. I was outside with the dogs, and observed that my backyard gate was closed and latched shut.

There were various noises during tree removal, which I totally understand. But from where I was working in my living room, I could hear the limbs they were removing scraping the side of the house as they went through the side yard. Later in the morning, I looked out the window and noticed that the gate to my backyard was open.

My husband went outside and noticed that the downspout extender and a pest control station had been moved as well. He asked them if they had opened the backyard gate. They denied that they were responsible in any way.

I took photos and noted that there are dead leaves in our front yard that were not there before as well, due to them dragging them through the yard. While I was taking photos, someone on their dump truck asked me if anything was wrong. I said, "Yes," and reiterated the situation my husband had already spoken to them about.

Another worker, a younger man, told me I was wrong, that they did not touch the gate or the other areas of my home. He repeatedly cut me off and said I was lying. What is my motivation to lie about this? Just apologize that, in the process of removing the tree, your equipment or tree limbs knocked these items out of place -- but also notice what has happened during the course of your work, and close the gate.

I told this younger worker, who was standing in my yard, that he did not have permission to be in my yard during work at another person's home. He told me I am "petty." The fact of the matter is, if I hadn't noticed the gate and let my dogs out, something tragic could have happened. We live less than a block from a major intersection, and it wouldn't have taken my dogs long to reach it unnoticed.

Very responsive and upfront with technical information during the quotation phase. I was impressed with the crew as well. One guy explained their plan before they began and another guy explained what they accomplished. Fair pricing as well. I feel so much better having had this tree service company help us with extraneous and dead limbs.

Happy lemon tree service was a pleasure to work with. Not only was the correspondence prompt, the prices were fair and the service itself was great. The crew worked hard to ensure the project was completed promptly and they did an amazing job with clean up- our yard looked better after they left then it did before they started! Highly recommend!

Happy Lemon and Paul were great to work with! Paul was very responsive when I had questions or concerns. With in 24 hrs of him viewing my tree clean up, I had an estimate at a fair price. The crew was great! Worked well together to make the clean up quick. They did a thorough job. I highly recommend them!

Very easy to get an estimate - while they weren't able to come same day like they had hoped, but they were there in a couple of days, and provided an estimate without me needing to be there (compared to some who won't provide an estimate unless I'm willing to sit down with them to go over it). I told them that I'm on a tight budget, and they were willing to work with me - knocking the price down if I was willing to sign a contract same day. They told me that they would be there in about a week to take down the tree (one large silver maple that was starting to fall apart). The following week, I was given about 2-3 hours notice, and then the crew arrived. They were courteous and communicative. I was at work, but I watched on my outdoor camera as they took the tree down bit by bit. They were great about keeping everything really clean, picking up sticks and branches as soon as they came down and hauling them out to the curb (as requested). By the end, I think my lawn looked better than when they arrived! I'll admit that I was worried because the tree wasn't in good shape, and it was right next to the house, and right over our deck. But the crew was professional and new exactly how to take care of the tree, bringing it down in chunks. They were great about communicating during the process, and sending a couple of pictures, so I could see the progress. Overall, a definite 5 star company - I couldn't have asked for anything more! We just used Happy Lemon Tree Service to remove a few leads off of an overgrown pear tree in our front yard. The entire Happy Lemon Tree Service Team was very prompt, courteous and always on time. I feel as though the price was extremely fair given the size and number of the leads. When the need occurs again for their services we would definitely use them again and we would also confidently recommend them to all of our friends, relatives and neighbors!

I called to get a quote and they came out same day! I had a tall pear tree that split in half and a large apple tree that was hanging down to the ground. I was a quote same day, and work was done two days later! They were very fast and did a great job! Communication was quick and easy as well. They hauled away all the brush (including all the heavy fruit, thank you!) I will definitely be calling them for any work in the future!

This is our 2nd time using Happy Lemon Tree service! Paul and his crew are incredible! We had an emergency situation and they were at our house working in under 45 minutes. We had a HUGE oak they took down and cleaned up all within 2.5 hrs. The price was more than fair as well, especially for the outstanding and timely service. We would not go with anyone else and have already recommended his services to others.

They provided a quote to remove a tree that was threatening to fall on our house and one that had already landed in the yard. They were able to come out the next day and had no issues removing both. Fast, efficient, and friendly!

Loveeed my experience called on a Monday had an appointment set for Wednesday at 9:30. They were here at 9:10 communicated the entire way through. Let me know before what I was getting done. Let me know if upgrades the condition of my car prior to start what it would look like after even gave some other advice being that he has rental property so overall great experience. Don’t just be looking honey get to booking!!! You won’t regret it. Did I mention I had a quote for $300 prior to booking with these guys save myself $115 bucks as I don’t have a lot of carpet. Trenton and Will are conscientious, professional, and friendly, and diligent about removing carpet stains and odor. As his business has grown, Trenton has incorporated new equipment and techniques that continue to ensure optimum cleaning results.

Trenton showed up at my house on time , got right to work, cleaned and removed 4 major stains caused from my cat and also made my couch basically look brand new. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the pricing. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
