They did a fantastic job cleaning the chimney at my parents' house quickly and were able to find some potential rust issues that we could fix before they became an even bigger issue! They saved us tons of time and money down the line by coming out. 1000% recommend!!

I can’t say enough good things about this crew. I had a “simple” flue re-lining appointment that turned into Erik spending an entire day clearing out my chimney, so he could install the liner. They stood by the quote and got the job done. I’ve already recommended them to multiple people.

I read their company's reviews. Everyone mentioned "Eric's name" and was so complimentary about him. Well, now I understand why. You can add my name to that as well. He was very knowledgeable, articulate, thorough, and took pictures of my chimney caps. My problem was racoons in my attic. I thought they were going in through the chimney, but that was not the case. Eric went above and beyond, by inspecting a large vent on the back side of my house. That is their entry point. He ended going back to his vehicle and gave me a business card of the company that deals with "Critters". That company can get into my attic and fix the area they tore up and cover it over.
Job well done, Eric. If you need work done, don't waste your time on those other companies, just call Chimney Magic and set up an appointment. You'll be glad you did.

Eric came out to my house and did an inspection of my Chimney and Firebox. We were wanting to switch from a gas fire place to a wood-burning fireplace and he walked me through what I needed to do. We just had our fireplace and chimney inspected and cleaned by Chimney Medic, and it was a GREAT experience!

Because of the pandemic and our formed chimney sweep's retirement, it had been a few years since our chimney had been attended to. So we contacted the same folks who'd done our original inspection and cleaning when we bought our house. They were fabulous!

Eric was our chimney technician, and he was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. He called before he arrived with an estimate of when he'd be there. He took time to inspect both the outside and inside of the chimney as well as the fireplace, flue and surrounding hearth. He thoroughly cleaned the chimney and fireplace (even the glass doors!) and shared with us his observations and recommendations. He emailed a report with his findings afterwards as well.

The entire process took under an hour and we are so pleased! The cost was extremely reasonable, and everyone from Hailey in scheduling to Eric at our home was so friendly and helpful. We will be returning to Chimney Medic for all our future fireplace and chimney needs!

After talking to several Chimney Sweeps and repair. I would have the feeling that they were Not being honest and wanted to do more work than was required, for a high price!!! Chimney Medic was professional and Honest with me. Fair price and earned every bit of Five Stars.
