Aileron Heating and Cooling is the BEST OF THE BEST in Missouri and Kansas!!! When we built our house, they did everything from the circuit breaker to installing the new AC Unit, got it up and running to PERFECTION!!! Highly Recimmend!!!!

We called Aileron after we noticed our system was running but our house wasn't cooling. While we just needed a new capacitor, Allen took the time to look over our whole system, ensuring that there were no other issues. Our house was back cooling in no time!

Heard them on Saturday morning on the Tobin radio show. Saturday afternoon our furnace began to sound like an airplane ready for takeoff. I called and since it was not an emergency was able to schedule for a Monday appointment. John and his assistant Alex arrived exactly on time. I feared a blower motor was the culprit but as John was able to discover a section above the plenum was causing a vibration and not a failure of the blower. He solved the problem and no more noise from our furnace. Thank you John for your perseverance in locating the problem and I appreciate your honesty. Great work !!

Excellent company! My thermostat wouldn't go below 79, my house was getting hot during the day. Aileron heating and cooling came out last Monday and fixed it 🙂! It's working great 👍. The technician even changed the furnace filter and washed the outside coil. Good job!

I called in for a pre season check on my heater, the service tech John arrived within 5 min of when I was told to expect him. He was polite, professional, explained his findings clearly, and left the area he was working in cleaner than it when he arrived. I will be using Aileron for all future pre season checks, service and repairs.

A while back, it was late at night. I had called several other companies and nobody answered their phones. We were freezing to death. It was very late. I called Aileron Heating and Cooling. A nice gentleman answered the phone immediately. They were here in my home within an hour. They fixed my furnace and we were back up and running in no time. He even had the part and the filter on his truck. The service was professional. The price was affordable. I could not be more happy. They have my business for life.

My issue was with Matt. He is unprofessional. He told me that he was driving to my house and would there in 15 or 20 minutes. My wife Waited at our rental property for over two hours. After calling the office several times the secretary informed us that he wouldn’t make it that day and they couldn’t get to the work for over a week and a half anyway.
