I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs! Within an hour of calling them on one of the hottest days so far this year, Asher was at our home and evaluating our issue. Once he determined what was necessary to get us back up and running, he and Cody worked nonstop to do so. Throughout the entire process, Asher was considerate, knowledgeable, upfront and informative. They were very respectful and I didn't have to worry about having them in and out of my home. I am very pleased that Asher replaced and rebuilt the pad area for my outside unit and left it looking much better than before. Class act all the way around.

Straight liars. We negotiate a resolution, then they try to rebill me for the same thing we negotiated.
Moving on to file a complaint with the BBB.

Had my AC go out during the heat wave a couple weeks ago. All Hours had someone out the next day and, after diagnosing the issue, had a crew out the following day to replace the whole system which has been working great. Don and Asher were very professional and provided excellent service. Very thankful for such a quick turnaround!

I have used All Hours for a few years and always had great service. Tonight I came home from work and my AC wasn't working. All Hours had a tech out within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and within 15 had it repaired and running. Excellent service at a fair price!

Recently purchased our home and as the cold weather set in, we started having problems with the furnace which is only 3 years old. Contacted the original HVAC installer on a Friday, who told me that the furnace was no longer covered under warranty. They also said they couldn't get anyone out until Monday. Called All Hours and they sent a technician over that same day. The technician said some parts had to be replaced and contacted the furnace distributor that told him the furnace was still covered under warranty and I would not have to pay for the parts. The parts were ordered and replaced by the same technician, and he tuned up our furnace which is working like it should. The price for the job was very reasonable, as I only had to pay for the initial call and labor. Excellent company, and thanks to Adrian the technician. Highly recommend this company for the service and reasonable pricing.

All Hours came and replaced my HVAC system last year and everything went great and they came quickly and got everything thing installed in a professional manner.

Unfortunately, I recently had an issue with the furnace a year later, but All Hours was able to come quickly and replace the faulty part under warranty.

This creates a trust worthy client relationship and I would happily refer them. Companies that back the products and warranties they provide are getting rare and hard to find. I really appreciate the services that All Hours provided.

I've used All Hours twice now and both times I was 100% satisfied. First time it was my A/C this time my furnace. Adrian came on time and diagnosed the problems both times and fixed the issue in no time at all. Even remembered us from the first time when me and my wife had a bowling night planned. Great prices, and much easier to work with than the larger companies serving KC. Another company pushed us into an unnecessary upgrade, and we have been with All Hours ever since. Adrian was very thorough and efficient in figuring out a complex issue with my digital wifi thermostat and the modem on my furnace. He did not try to rip me off like some other companies i’ve talked to. They also got me on schedule in one day. I’ll be using these guys again for future service.
