My air had been out for a year. When it started heating up outside again we gave them a call and this company showed up promptly and got us up and running same day. I highly recommend this company!

They could tell I had a problem and was nice to stop and tell me. Handled the problem and did great work with hardly any wait time. Bro friendly and knowledge. I would recommend them to anyone and will call them first should anything else need care. Thank you

Owner showed up with a trainee (who was very nice!). Owner was rude and refused to do the job because we have cats. For a company which seems to be using "kingdom" and a lion logo representing themselves as a Christian-based business, it certainly didn't show. I recognized the owner from having worked for another local company previously and had a similar rude experience in the past. Had I known this was the same guy I would never have called in the first place! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Kingdom HVAC service technician came out to repair my furnace..he called to let me know when he was on his way and approx time of arrival..
He was very nice and professional..after much troubleshooting he found the problem.. Explained the problem to me ..
Fixed the furnace and now have a warm house.. PRAISE THE LORD🙌 I WILL RECOMMEND " KINGDOM HVAC SERVICE" ANYTIME..ALL THE TIME👏👏👏

I cant believe the outstanding and timely service. My house was without air conditioning. One call was all it took, Jeff came right out and found that my outdoor coil was blocked. Something two companies previously missed!

Made an appointment to have them come out. Waited around the whole day and no one showed up. When I called them they said that they were stuck in another town and had to reschedule it for the next day. I waited around the next day as well and, again no one showed up. I called them and they said they got stuck on a job. I don't care if you have to cancel but at least call me and let me know rather than have me wait around all day long! Very unprofessional and would never bother trying to use them again.

Jeff and all the Kingdom crew are amazing! This is an awesome company. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or installs. The crew was on time, quick, competitively priced and very professional!

Just the worst. Home warranty company AHS chose them to handle our medically expedite repair. Tech came out, diagnosed a part to replace. The didn’t have right size so left us overnight in heat wave and returned in morning with a different wrong sized part which didn’t work so told us it was the compressor and that they were on phone ordering with AHS. Tech told me it could take 9 weeks to get part. I called AHS who said tech had never ordered compressor. She called owner while I was on the phone who told her it wasn’t compressor and that they needed to turn call over to another contractor for a second opinion and then hung up on her. Waited another day, now 48 hours, I air-conditioned house while they tried to find another contractor. We had no choice due to medical reasons and had to find our own contractor. Eagle AC showed up- put in right size part and after hitting reset button inside AC (something Kingdom never did) - we had AC!!! I will report Kingdom to everyone I can hoping no one else gets screwed by them.

Jeff came right over and diagnosed the problem. He replaced my AC unit, A coil, and fan motor and didn’t even try to sell me something that I didn’t need! Honest and reliable. Would definitely use again!

Lack of communication. I've had to call a couple times to get a update and the owner finally called me back and refused to come see us. They were contracted with our home warranty and didn't put in the order for a new ac like they said they did. Now we have to start all over with a new company and go probly another 2 weeks with out ac because of them. Would give 0 stars if I could.

It is very hard to find a trusted, fair, knowledgeable, and kind person when dealing with anything pertaining to your home it might even feel impossible. Everyone wants to make sure you get a fair price and the job gets done correctly the first time around. When I first moved here I was treated with everything in my home deciding it wanted to quit on me (thankfully I got a home warranty when I got the house) needless to say I have had my fair share of going through insurance and having a variety of tech come out and fix everything from plumbing issues to HVAC. I will say while there are decent professional companies in the area no one come close to Kingdom, so much so that if Kingdom covers it I will go out of my way to request them because I know Jeff will tell me how it is and not try to upsell me. I can't force you to pick Kingdom but if you're going as far as to read this you want quality and someone you can trust and this is the company for that. At the vary least try them out yourself and you decide.

Prompt response, even on a weekend. The technician was willing to explain everything to me, service my ac unit, and get the system working again. He also gave valuable insight to recommendations for future pricing to replace my system and not break the bank. I will be using this company for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

While dealing with a Home Warranty company was quite the pain, Jeff & his associate were very accommodating & patient with the whole process. He understood my frustration & worked out the problems at hand with me. The work they did looks awesome & he explained everything in detail. Happy to have heat & hot water!

Jeff was prompt and professional, and worked a much longer day than he planned during our heat pump install when he discovered some non-standard wiring from the original home build. Rather than cutting corners, he took the time to install it correctly. He answered all of my questions during the planning phase (I had a lot) and got us exactly what we needed in the end.

Jeff worked us in during a very busy day. He arrived quickly and was able to pin point our issue immediately. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us great information and made sure our air conditioner was fully functional before leaving. The price was very reasonable which is also important when on a budget. We will definitely be utilizing his services if or when we need them again.

Jeff is great. had my furnace stop working and within 10 minutes of being in the house he had it down to the right part to be changed. Gave me a fair price up front and came back the next day to change it and had my heat running. Will recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

Our call to Jeff was initially through our home warranty company. They sent him to assess our needs & he was extremely knowledgeable & professional. After numerous other quotes on HVAC replacement, he was the first to really dig into our issue & suggest ways to fit our budget. We would definitely recommend him & his company. Great service & hard working!! Was here until job was completed & done right.
