Gage our installer arrived and completed the installation of our new furnace and set our new Air conditioner for later hookup when the weather is warmer. He did have some assistance from a co-worker. They arrived after 8 am but we’re finished before 5pm. I am very pleased with Gage and his co-worker and HER Heating & Cooling making me a very satisfied customer.

Our duct cleaning was great. Thorough, efficient, and i got a file of before (yuk!) and after photos plus recommendations on other aspects of my system. All for a reasonable flat price. I'd use them again in a minute, and recommend them highly.

We had them scheduled for an emergency service. Pipes frozen and 2 furnaces not working. Tenants didn't go to work and they are sitting there waiting for them. They even called to confirm they we're coming and then sent an email that they were not going to be servicing us any longer because of an internal policy. No explanation NO SHOW. Super unprofessional.

Gage the technician provided notice before arriving, showed up on time, and provided only the services needed. The whole process was easy and the communication was excellent. He was quick and focused. Very very please with the service. They will be our HVAC service provider going forward.
