Gage was very helpful and got our air conditioner working again

These gentlemen provided fantastic service. They were very knowledgeable about the issue and provide updates as they fixed the issues. I would recommend.

Nat, told me that the furnace filter needed changing. I didn't believe that it could be because my son had changed it when I moved in just a couple of months ago and it's a 4" thick filter. So I asked him to bring up the old one because I have difficulty going up and down the steps. He did so, but did not tell me that he'd left the furnace without a filter.

Secondly, asking for payment without giving me a receipt is a questionable practice. Nat told me that he'd asked the office to send one. I took a copy of the check that I had written. But without an receipt. I had not way of knowing that hadn't replaced the filter with a new one. I only found out today when I asked my son to put the old filter back in.

Now I'm wondering just what service he did provide, other that rinsing out the AC Condenser, which I witnessed. The only information he gave was that everything was ok.

I will not be doing business with HER again.

Gage was extremely professional. He explained what was wrong & how to fix it. I was never talked at but talked to. What a great experience with this company!

Horrible experience. Their rep arrived late, misdiagnosted the problem twice and then fried the circuit board. He then tried to make us pay for it. Another rep came over and replaced the circuit board. Chantel was rude and argumentative. I do not recommend this company.

The team at HER was very responsive. Gage was very helpful. He jumped right in found the problem and fixed it immediately. I will definitely be using HER if I have any HVAC needs moving forward. Thank you guys for helping us in our time of need!

Gage the repairman was very nice. Quickly diagnosed and fixed. Recommend!

Repairs: Attic fan sporadically running and tub not draining.
Representstive was knowledgable on both issues. Explained all findings and repairs. He was also cordial and professional. Overall cost was very reasonable.

We had Gage install new shutoffs and then install our new dishwasher. He did a fabulous job. We use HER all the time and think they are the best

Technicians were competent, it seems, but the process of estimating costs was poor. I really expected a line item estimate for the cost of each phase of the fix, like cost of freon, cost of evacuating freon and replacement, cost of running a leak test, cost of fixing the leak, etc. Instead, there were 2 lines, fixing the leak & freon, making me wonder what I was really paying for, though verbally, they mentioned items. I felt I could have been overcharged, though I could have no idea whether I was. Do a better job outlining costs.

Can’t thank HER enough for rescuing us through this heat wave! They were able to squeeze us in during the record heat and get us back cooling down in record time! Very professional service with excellent communication.

I could not recommend this company more. We noticed our water heater was leaking gas and HER responded almost immediately. They came out to help the next morning. They were very responsive, friendly and straight forward. There were no surprises when it came to cost, every step of the way they kept us informed and updated us if anything changed. They did such a great and quality job!

The whole family is amazing and Chantal the wife and mom of the business is the hardest working lady I’ve ever worked with trying to get a job done. This lady worked tirelessly trying to get the financing for the church she never gave up on us. No one would finance a church, but the church family at Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church came through and raised the money and we was not going to let anyone else do this work after all her hard work and effort. They came in and got the job done the Father Tracy and son Gage and the other young man helping were all wonderful to work with. Thank you thank you thank you.
