my mother called and has used Meyer Furnace many times in the past. her inside temp was 102 , the tech came promptly, he looked over system and said unit is 27 years old , needs replaced. and left. The following day I called another HVAC company tech came on a saturday, in 30 minutes he had unit running. the unit needed a capacitor for compressor. Meyer will never do work for my mother again. taking advantage of elderly !!

My wife reached out to our neighborhood Facebook page looking for a HVAC company. Art reached out to us immediately. He helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. He could've came out, charged a service fee and maintenance. As homeowners we know our limits when it comes to home repair but want the opportunity to fix ourselves. Art understood that and was willing to help anyway he could. You have a customer for life with the Marr family and we will continue to recommend Myers Furnace Company to our friends and family!

Myers people are friendly, and honest. The only reason this is not a 5 star, is because the problem took a few times to fix. Problem was intermittent tho. They came out twice in one day to make sure it was right. Mr. Myers called me back personally to tell me they were coming back. Good service. Will use them again.

I woke up this morning (January 6th) with no heat. Despite the heavy snow, Myer’s had someone here within the hour. I can’t thank them enough for their prompt and professional service!

The web Site shows they are open until 5 PM . I called at 4:05 pm on a Thursday and got a recording they were closed. I tried again at 4:45 pm still said they were closed leave a message. I left a message for them and my number . On Friday I called them at 8:30 am to talk to some one about setting up an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my Hvac system. They said the estimator had just stepped out but they would have him call me. He has never returned my call . I guess they do not need the business as replacing a whole Havc system is not cheap.

We were so impressed with the units AC and furnace Meyers installed 26 years ago at our home. It was still cranking but we decided to update them on our timeline. Rob and his employees are so professional. Here's to the next 26 years

If you live in the southern metropolitan area I sincerely recommend using these guys if you have any heating and cooling concerns.

For the longest time our house could not keep up with the heat. They came out one day to fix our A/C unit. When we called them back cause we were still having issues. They located and fix the issue for free since we had seen them the earlier in the week.

The guy was on time, professional and informative. Will use again.

I have used Myers Furnace for about 20 years and keep going back because of John, the technician that services our systems. He is always thorough in his inspections and suggestions of every house we have lived in. He is the epitome of customer service. I recommend them, because of him, to anyone that asks for any HVAC needs in the KC area.

Rob and his crew are very professional and easy to work with. They replaced my old ac unit and furnace with newer models in less than a day! It feels like I am living in a completely different house!
You could tell on the initial walk through they were not trying to sell me something I didn't need, and I would recommend them to anyone I know who is having HVAC issues!

Came out quickly. Took the part partially off and quoted me $1,265 just for one part. Looked up the part on Amazon and the part was $241. So ordered it on Amazon and put it on myself with 4 bolts and a plug in wire. The heater works just like new. I have pics to prove this. Of course they also quoted me for a new furnace above $10,000+ for them to install a new unit because they were saying it wouldn't be a guarantee this part would fix it. I don't know where they get these outrageous prices, but I saved myself a $1,000+. I gave them one star bc of the ridiculous price and they left my part hanging on the heater by a wire harness. Also they charged me $99 for a service fee. Some of the parts have bar codes on them so they are easy to look up. I couldn't believe it was this easy to put the part on. A $1,265 part vs a $241 part. I took the $241 part. I guess you could say $241 + $99 service fee. =$340. It's still better than $1,265. Where do they get their high prices? I guess they did diagnose the issue and I went ahead and put the part in myself. Sometimes I think it's better to think about things overnight, but people probably panick when their heater quits and pay outrageous prices. Luckily I had electric heaters to keep me warm until Amazon delivered my part to my door. I only waited 2 days and my part was here. One star for high price quotes.

Wow! Just wow! I had a serious & dangerous furnace issue on a Saturday. Art responded to my message that morning. He troubleshooted w/ me over the phone & identified my problem. He was there w/in a couple of hours prepared & promptly fixed the issue. The customer service was top notch. This was my first time using Myers & they have my business, both personal & commercial from here on. Thank you, Art. So impressed.

Our daughter's furnace went out Wednesday night. Even though it wasn't freezing, it was still very cold. She has a 4 1/2 year old son so wanted to get this replaced ASAP. I called Myers Thursday, Chris was here today (Friday) at 8AM and he and John got everything done by 2PM! Both were so professional and polite, and took time to answer all questions, and did a great job cleaning up! My husband and I purchased a new HVAC system w/humidifier back in 2004 from Myers and we love it! Myers is a great company to work with on HVAC systems. They really work with you. If I could give them 10 stars I would! HIGHLY recommend Myers Furnace Co.

What a great business to deal with. From first encounter asking for a bid, everyone was A+ helpful - Angie who set the appointment, Jake who gave us the bid & John & Chris who did the install. John & Chris were very personable and seemed to enjoy their job. They were careful not to let the kitties get out and they cleaned up after themselves too. If I could I give a10 star rating.

Quick response, office and techs very friendly and all communicated well. Tech Jake was concerned about my fireplace and ran back to office to get a carbon monoxide detector and came back to check my house.very sweet

I had some work done by another company and felt that I had been taken advantage of. I had never used Mark’s company before, but had heard good things about them. I called Mark and ask for some advice. He was very considerate and listened to my concerns about the other company. In the meantime I remembered I needed to have my water heater drained and had a price from another company which he said he would match. While he was at my house he inspected the work the other company did on my furnace and verified that I had been overcharged. After I did some research and contacted the other company, they refunded half of the original price. I will never use that company again but will make certain when I need HVAC work done again, I will contact Mark’s. I found him to be very honest, hardworking and genuinely interested in doing a great work. I couldn’t be happier with the job he did, and his integrity. I highly recommend his services.
