Absolutely impressed with this company. Jarred and Randy at comfort systems did an excellent job with installing a new American standard AC and installing a new return and humidifier. They answered any and all questions throughly and were very professional. The timeline they gave me for removal of the old unit and install of the new was exactly what they said it would be. Very professional and they know their stuff! Highly highly recommend this company.

We had a great Experience from first meeting with Neal for a furnace nd then one of his trained employees 6 years later for New AC. Both installed without a hitch and dependable. Great efficiaent service fellas. Price was in the middle and that's what we wanted. We had three quotes and 2 from much larger national firms that really put on a dog and pony show but couldn't anser any technical question for us like the team at Comfort Systems did.
I also could have had a neighbor buy me one on the cheap and install but he couldn't provide any warranty or guarantee. Once we had an issue and Comfort Systems tech was there in 3 hours, fixed it and no charge.

Would highly recommend! Great experience and for a very fair price. Both Jared and Logan are very knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to explain everything. Logan made a same-day service call when we called about our AC going out. They ended up having to order in a part but Jared still got us up and running sooner than expected by fitting the repair in on a Saturday after the part came in.

We need more companies like Comfort Systems in this world. Highly recommend this awesome company. A big thank you to Logan and his team who helped out my family in a time of need. We were without heat this December and he donated a heater and his time without a second thought. He was at our house with a new heater within an hour of us reaching out!!! This company is wonderful. This is the second time they saved us. Last summer our A/C went out on one of the hottest days of the year. They came out no problem and identified the broken part and had us up and running on a Sunday so we could sleep in comfort. Tuesday our hot water heater blew in the early morning hours. The after hours callback system worked wonderful and Madison took great care of us scheduling a next day appointment so we could have hot water by the next day. Thank you to all of you for what you do. We trust you and will recommend you to everyone.

The Technician, Michael that resolved my A/C issue was professional as to his approach at diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable and had the technical skills to remedy the issue. Michael was excellent at customer service. Jody and Jill also represent the company well. Thanks to all!

Incredible experience with Comfort Systems. AC stopped working during a stretch of extreme heat. Service Tech Micheal Wright came out immediately and fixed the issue. He was polite, professional and most importantly gave my dogs attention.

SOOOOOOO thankful for Comfort Systems Heating and Cooling! We woke up this morning to a brisk 47 degree house. Our usual guy was not responding and we needed heat quickly as I was working from home. I put a call in around 8:30 and not only was Tracy super nice and pleasant to talk to on the phone, but she was quick with getting me an appointment scheduled. I was told anywhere between 10 and 12 and Jackson called me at 9:30 to let me know he would probably be there a little before. When he got here he quickly was able to diagnose the issue, we had to let my furnace thaw out as there was a leak somewhere and he could not do anything with it until it thawed some. After he did another job he called to check in on things and started to head my way. When he got here he replaced the part that was necessary and got my heat working!! I no longer will be calling my usual guy, comfort systems heating and cooling will continue to get my business from here on out! Super honest and fair company! Thank you so much for helping heat my home!!

My furnace stopped working late evening, 2 days before Christmas. I left a message after hours and received a call back within 20 min. Less than 30 minutes later John showed up. He was extremely nice, respectful and genuinely cared about the situation. He was able to figure out the issue quickly and stayed to make sure my furnace was functioning properly. He even took the time to answer questions without being annoyed or in a hurry to leave. I'm so thankful he was able to correct the problem at a very good price, even on an emergency basis. I've been a customer of a competitor for a while, however after talking to them and all they wanted to do was schedule an appointment after Christmas (it's 20 below), and they advertise emergency services. I'm switching to Comfort Systems permanently and highly recommend requesting John when you call. Thank you John and Comfort Systems for ensuring Christmas this year is Merry and warm!!

Comfort Systems has been the only HVAC company we've used for many years. I can depend on them to give me prompt service even on their busiest days. Their technicians are knowledgeable, helpful and courteous and their price is always reasonable. If the problem cannot be resolved on first call, which is rare, they will get parts, if needed, and return asap.

Quality work. Always friendly. Incredibly responsive to messages and questions. We have remodeled several residential and commercial properties and Comfort systems is our immediate go to every time! They never disappoint.
