OUTSTANDING service! Excellent pricing! Jeb and Jake installed an air conditioner & furnace in our home earlier this week. They were so respectful of us and our property. They were efficient, knowledgeable and took time to answer any questions we had. It was refreshing to experience this quality of service! As a Real Estate investor, I need quality work, done right, at a great price and with great service. When I started using All Pro I was very impressed at the quality and pricing. After the first few projects, I was impressed with their service. They seamlessly fit into our processes and systems to where I don't have to follow up on scheduling the appointment or chasing them down to make sure it was completed. When I go inspect the project I continually see great work. I have yet to find any issues with installation at any projects. The best part is that I can pay the invoice electronically! Its great when your vendors set it up for the convenience of their customers. As long as things keep going in this direction, I will continue to use All Pro for all my heating and cooling needs. My AC went out and I called All Pro. I did seek out other companies but All Pro had the lowest price with the quickest time available to install our new equipment. They prioritized us when they found out we did not have running AC and my wife was pregnant. When they arrived they did an excellent job of finding the most efficient route to my unit and did not leave a trace of dirt or anything behind. 10/10 recommend. And the AC works like a charm! Total install time took about 5 hours.

My capacitor went out on me Thursday evening. I called All Pro A/C the following day, Mike came out promptly to my home and was able to get us back up and running in about fifteen minutes before the high temperature. Good quality and friendly service, highly recommend.

All Pro put in 3 AC units for me with anti-theft cages. They really did a great job. They were responsive and got out there quickly to get them installed for us. I will absolutely be continuing to work with this company for any future repairs or purchases of new units. Highly recommend.

Our AC went out on the hottest day this year. We called several AC places locally, but All Pro came in with the best price and the quickest equipment replacement date for both our AC and heating units. They did an excellent job, were knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and professional. Their clean-up was excellent without a trace of dirt left behind. AC went out on the hottest days of summer! The company I used for four years changed their “service area” so they dropped me after already setting appt to fix on a Friday! I asked them if they could at least recommend someone… they said All Pro has 5 stars so try them. They showed up within a couple hours and had fixed within 15 minutes! Absolutely would recommend them to anyone! What a great outcome from an unexpected situation. I will continue to use All Pro!

I recommend All Pro for their responsiveness, customer care, and affordability. All Pro came out the morning I called when my A/C started failing. I received a clear assessment, and repairs were made as best as could be done to the existing system. It was a significantly older model, and full replacement of parts with repairs were going to exceed the cost of a system replacement. I was provided quotes and options for a new A/C and furnace, and I was afforded a realistic amount of time to decide. I decided to have them replace my A/C and furnace because the quotes were reasonable, and I really liked the All Pro team. I had received another quote earlier this year from a competitor that was charging double for less work. All Pro was able to do the installation the day I called, and it took less than a day for all of the work to be completed. On both days they were out here, they explained what they were doing, why, and expected timelines. They were very courteous, and they worked hard to get us up and running. Again, I strongly recommend All Pro for their responsiveness, customer care, and affordability. The entire team was wonderful throughout the entire process.

All Pro was great from the beginning to where we are now. Our furnace was acting up and my wife called a few different local companies - the first two companies tried to oversell us on what was actually needed. All Pro came in and walked my wife through their process and quoted us a decent price (thanks, Zeb!). Fast forward to today, Ben and Sean came to our house and worked hard and efficiently to get the work done before the lastest Kansas spring “blizzard” hit. They were great and were willing to take the time to answer and explain my questions. Nobody wants to have furnace and a/c issues - but if you do have issues, this company is a great company to have in your corner. I’d recommend them over and over again.

On one of the hottest days of 2024, my A/C unit stopped working. I called All Pro A/C and Heating, LLC and Ben came out to fix and clean my unit the same day. I was so grateful. He saved my life that day. Now, my house is cool again. Thank you All Pro.

I was extremely happy with my experience with All Pro. Not only was their price very fair, they were able to move their schedule around and get a tech over to the next morning to install the new A/C unit before the heat hit this week. Ben, the tech, was fantastic. He got everything installed and it looks way better than the previous unit that was with the house when we bought it. I would recommend working with Mike, Chloe and the team at All Pro and will for sure be using them again in the future.

Asked the tech to move because he was parked in my driveway instead of the house he was supposed to be at. It being a rainy day I already questioned why he thought parking in the grass was a good idea. Well here’s what he did to mine. I’m sure he does a great job as a service tech but this wasn’t cool.

Michael, Chloe and their staff are fantastic. They were fast setting up initial inspection of equipment and property dynamics. They then sent me multiple quotes on installation for various options I requested within a 24 hrs which was surprising, because I got 3 other quotes and some took days to a week to get back.

On the day of installation of new equipment (Furnace & AC) service rep contacted me prior to arrival and kept me aware of status of project along with photos. This by far the best professional service that I’ve had with any contractor in the KC area. They did a great job and made my life easy since they were taking care a rental property of mine.

All Pro just replaced our AC, furnace, humidifier and thermostats. The crew was on time and did a great job. The process was smooth from getting a quote and scheduling to the actual install. Great company to deal with. They recently installed a new system in my house which has been a drastic improvement over the old system. The technicians were on time and great to deal with.
