This team takes very good care of my 92 year old father's rural home with aging systems. They respond fast, don't over sell and don't double dip when parts replacement doesn't solve problem and new install is required. Always checks all systems when onsite. Today the techs weathered the wind and rain to get AC running out of regular season maintenance window. Shout-out to front desk for always having a smile in her voice.

We are so grateful for this company. They saved us a lot of money and got our AC working quickly after another company had told us we needed a whole new system. They came quickly, were very professional and patiently answered all our questions.

We had to replace our entire unit last summer in the middle of the major heat wave. We got quotes from 5 other hvac companies but Comfort gave a far better deal at half and even 1/3 the cost of what others wanted. They came out the next day and had the entire unit up and running within hours. 7 months later and our house is more comfortable and functioning better than it ever did before. The guys were super nice and easy to work with too. They even cleaned my basement when they were done.

Went to turn our air on to find out it wasn't working!
Called a HVAC company that told us a 6 hour window and since we would be at work this didn't work for us.
Called Comfort Systems(our family recommended) and they answered immediately and got us an appointment the next morning! Their technician came out and had it fixed in under 20 minutes! Wow! The price also seemed fair! Will definitely be using them for maintenance in the future. 🙂

Fantastic work completed by the team at Comfort Systems. I am a director for Habitat for Humanity of Kansas City in charge of our Home Preservation Services. Comfort Systems was contracted to install a furnace in 2021 for a homeowner in need. The homeowner contacted us recently and indicated the unit was not working correctly. I called the office and spoke to Jodi. She was fantastic and had a technician to the home the next morning. It was a simple fix and Hannah clearly communicated to me what repairs were required. I was very happy once again with the service the entire team provided to help a very deserving homeowner in the Kansas City community get heat back to her home. Thank you Comfort Systems!

Had a new AC system installed by comfort systems. They did quality work, and the guys that installed the system were friendly and very informative. Very competitive price, beat out the big name companies by thousands.

We received exemplary A/C tune up servicing from Brian. He identified a repair and took it upon himself to help us confirm if it was covered by a warranty since our home is new. I work with a lot of trades in my professional line of work and notice when companies stand out and go above and beyond for their customers. I’ve been nothing but impressed with Comfort Systems. I left my previous HVAC provider due to constantly changing appointments and less than impressive technicians. You can immediately tell a difference between other HVAC companies and Comfort Systems. Highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I have never had bad service from Comfort systems heating and cooling. Every person they have sent to us in the 2 homes we have owned ( one being a new system install and our new home maintaining the system we have) have been professional and kind. However, today I had a young man named Brayden who was professional, kind, but went the extra mile for us to help with setting up the app to control the unit .(something we couldn't figure out on our own) Thankyou Comfort Systems, this is a great company.

Fantastic company. Had Michael come out and check our AC system. A previous company tried to sell us a brand new unit without investigating our current unit. Michael was able to find an issue in our airflow and saved us thousands of dollars from having to buy a new unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest when explaining the options we had as well as what he recommended we do. I will be recommending Comfort Systems to friends and family and will definitely be buying our next system from them when that time comes. 100% recommend. Look no further.

Comfort Systems (Belton, Mo.) technicians Braydon and Micheal individually worked and solved the intermittent furnace problem we had. They showed up when; or earlier, than they said they would. They were very thorough and fast in checking everything that could cause the problem. These two guys were the most amazing technicians we've had at our house in the last 42 years. They really knew what they were doing and were patient in answering all my questions as I watched them work. I wish all the people I deal with were as competent as these two. My complements to Comfort Systems for having them on their staff.

Best HVAC company I have ever worked with and wouldn't recommend anyone else. I notified Jodi with Comfort Systems of aa potential carbon monoxide leak on my system on a Saturday. Technician Brayden arrived within 30 min, tested the system and ultimately had to shut me down. Jackson and Mitch were at my house first thing Monday morning to start replacement on my system. Randy, Andrew, and Brent also assisted in the replacement to ensure that I was up and running as soon as possible. I had a new system installed same day. I could not recommend a true family-owned company better than I can with Comfort Systems.
