Then he gives you the opportunity to fix the problem and order your parts through him for minimum charge for him getting the parts. Otherwise if you need him he will come to your place to fix the problem. His honesty and respect are impeccable. He's been a life saving asset and I hold him in high regards if I ever need heat or air conditioner problems.
