I am very happy to have heat and hot water in my entire house again!! Not only did Steve and Andrew (and others) install my new HVAC system, but they plumbed hot water to my whole house. They were friendly, and kept me updated on each step. I'll recommend them to my family and friends.

During the coldest weekend of the year we had our furnace stop working. Comfort Systems was able to get us on the schedule and sent a tech out quick. Brayden was awesome. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and got us all fixed up to get us heat again. Thank you Comfort Systems!

Very knowledgeable and polite. Couldn’t say enough great things about her. She came out and fixed our problems super quick and efficiently. Could not recommend this company enough. Comfort Systems Heating & Coolong, to say thier a good company is frankly an understatement, it would be more accurate to say phenomenal. The service they offered my family in a time great need when the heat of missouri summer was all to unkind, was amazing. To start the sales agent Mr. Morrison was patient with my tight schedule and helped me through nuances of the purchase of the AC unit itself. The deal theat comfort systems offered was fair as compared to other companies that proved to be very predatory.

I first found out about comfort systems from the KC company All American Heating and Cooling, who were kind enough to recommend Comfort Systems, All American Heating and Cooling didn't service our area.

The installation of the new AC and Furnace when very well and they were able to get everything installed in about roughly eight hours. The workers were very respectable, highly professional, and even patient with my crazy dog, who felt the need to inspect them to ensure they could be trusted. At the end of the day my family and I are extremely satisfied with the service we recieved and I personally look forward to being a continuing customer as long as I live in the Kansas city area.

I am very pleased with service received from a phone call to their office and got my concern addressed same day. I smelled faint smell of gas from furnace and technician Brayden showed up fixed issue. Brayden was very courteous, knowledgeable gave me more detail than I didn’t know about my furnace. Nothing like a good night sleep not worrying if my furnace won’t explode 😁. Highly recommend Comfort Systems Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. They even have maintenance package great deal! Get your HVAC tune up to prevent $$$$ to replace. Brayden didn’t have the right size filter on hand and one was brought to me within an hour later. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
