My neighbor recommended Chimney Medic and I'm so thankful they did. We had received bids from other companies that were unbelievably high. Chimney Medic's bid was extremely fair so we decided to have them make the repairs to our chimney. The team kept me informed about what they were doing, they kept the area very clean and completed the work on time. I definitely recommend them!

We had Chimney Medic inspect our fireplace and do minor repairs on the chimney. They were quick, professional, provided great information/details about everything, and were very reasonably priced!

I needed to have my two chimneys inspected before winter. Quotes where too high and couldn't be done for a month or two. Chimney Medic gave me a reasonable quote and my inspection was done quickly and efficiently as promised. I was very happy with the technician that performed the service.

Chimney Medic is a thorough and very professional company that takes good care cleaning out our Buck stove every two years. They came highly recommended from the company who sold us our stove and we are more than pleased.

Eric made our inspection a quick and pleasant experience. Respectful of our space including taking off shoes at the door without being asked and gave further suggestions regarding ongoing maintenance and use.

They were very responsive to our call. Eric was friendly, and did a very thorough inspection of our chimney. He found some dangerous cracks in our chimney flue liner which was caused by a chimney fire, and could have caused a complete house fire if not repaired.. He recommended another company to repair it. We highly recommend this company.

A few months ago my air conditioning stopped working, and a friend of mine recommended using bay mechanical, so I called Brian around 5p.m. and told him what was going on and in less than 30 minutes he was at my door, he did his thing, and my a.c. was working great. I had a thermostat from evergy sitting by on my coffee table and he offered to install it, and make sure everything was working properly. 3 days later I get a phone call just to make sure everything is still working the way it should. By far the best customer service I think I have ever experienced. Thanks again.

Repairman came out a few months ago and fixed my heater for $427. He literally lives 10 minutes from my house. My heater wasn't working 2 days ago so he came back over and within 5 minutes figured out. It was a light switch on the wall, he flipped the switch, and then my heater started working. Charged me a $105 and told me that was a costly lesson. Funny thing is, they would've had a customer for life. Hope $105 was worth it.
